Experiencia fantástica: Zach is treating my 14 yr old daughter who sustained a back injury from gymnastics. He was extremely thorough and attentive during our first session, and really took the time to not only learn about her history and what led to the injury, but also to learn about her. Between Zach's approach and his gymnastics background, we immediately felt comfortable and at ease. She is really excited to work with Zach on her road to recovery and is looking forward to her next visit!

Experiencia fantástica: Zach at Onward PT is very knowledgeable and thorough as he helps get you back to 100%. He uses a combination of old school and new school methods. I've been very pleased with my sessions and the progress I've made. He works with you to meet and exceed your personal goals and doesn't give you the blanket recommendation of "stop lifting heavy weights" like many others in his field. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Zach now for a few month and the guy is a HEALING WIZARD. He takes intricate assessments of injuries, provides amazing therapies such as dry needling and cupping which feels phenomenal! Most importantly, he provides exercises and stretches to do after every appointment to ensure the injuries are lessening over time! So far he has helped and improve my wrist and shoulder injuries! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Zach treated our 12 Yo daughter for an overuse injury from gymnastics. Being active in sports and a previous gymnast himself, he immediately made our daughter feel at ease which was super important to us since she is so young. During the initial visit, he performed a thorough evaluation and developed a plan of care very specific to her needs. Our daughter looked forward to each appointment because the exercises were not redundant or cookie cutter but creative and fun in order to target and strengthen specific muscle groups. Zach is also certified in dry needling and cupping which are both excellent modalities to promote healing and reduce pain. I highly recommend Onward PT and specifically Zach!
