Experiencia fantástica: I came to this practice after suffering a broken back after a tractor trailer accident. I had tried 2 other "pain management" doctors who obviously didn't care about treating my pain with anything other than cortisone shots. I was referred by a friend & from my first visit with Dana, I knew they actually cared! I've been a patient for over two years now & honestly, I have yet to have a negative experience. I usually see Brittany or Katie & both are super professional and very caring to my needs. I don't wait for long in the waiting room, in fact my last visit lasted only 35 minutes from the time I walked in. All I can say is that everyone, from the front desk to the coordinators to the NPs, are absolute angels. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart ????

Experiencia fantástica: Don't see Cheryl if you are fat. She's this tiny woman who can't understand why pain may make you fat, well Cheryl it could be because cake is the only thing that doesn't hurt to do? But if you steer clear of her you will be fine. The office staff call you darlin and that works for me, I never liked my name much anyway. Everyone else actually listens to me and treats my pain. This place is dope if only Cheryl would be cool. You disappointed me Cheryl, but I remove no stars for you, maybe you would be more pleasant if you yourself were less hungry. You can have some of my cake.

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend Chronic Pain Treatment center to anyone who is dealing with chronic pain. Their staff is highly professional and welcomes you with open arms as soon as you walk through the door. Dr. Shatto is wonderful. She is so compassionate when it comes to dealing with all my underlying issues concerning my pain. My first visit she made me feel comfortable by not judging me and working with me to set goals to help manage my pain along with other options that were available to utilize. Overall it was a wonderful experience. And as for Gloria, she is awesome and very friendly. She to makes sure that all your needs are taken care of. When it came to getting my clinical notes faxed over to the imaging center for a prior authorization to get my MRIs done, she did not blink an eye. As soon as we finished our phone conversation she ensured me that that everything was taken care of with regards to that. Like I said very professional staff who make you feel cared for and apart of their team.

Jessica, Nancy, Reagan, Shane, Terrence are so pleasant and helpful and always make you feel welcomed and comfortable! Everyone at the front desk is always welcoming and always have a smile! It's a great atmosphere and I recommend them to the fullest! Love all my girls and guys at Chronic pain treatment center!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m so glad to have this center in my neighborhood. I have been suffering with chronic illness for over a decade and could barely get any help. When my primary care doctor recommended that I go to them it was such an relief. I have been a patient for over two years now. What a pleasure it is going here, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Jess and Jessie, Regan and Kiya and let me not forget Terrance are just some of the friendly faces that will greet you and help you with all your needs. And the doctors there really know what they are doing, very professional and knowledgeable. Always going above and beyond to make sure you are well informed on the medication you receive. They ask a ton of questions and answers whatever questions you may have about the medications. You’ll never feel embarrassed because they treat you with compassion. If you are a chronic pain sufferer like myself this is the place you’ll want to come. Give them a try and you won’t regret your decision. I wouldn’t think of anywhere else to go and that’s why I’ve been a patient for almost 3 years coming.
