She has been to other Pt before, but Amanda builds strength and confidence and doesn’t make it feel like a “medical” place.

Experiencia fantástica: My son loves working with Alex and the True Sports team. His throwing arm health (baseball) has continued to improve greatly with the PT plan prepared by Alex. I would 100% recommend any thrower to work with Alex and the True Sports team to both prevent injury and heal more quickly from an existing injury.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough about the work Alex did with my son. He customized workouts for my son to improve his baseball skills (especially pitching) and was a perfectionist in positioning my son for each exercise. I would highly recommend Alex for any workout/therapy needs.

Experiencia fantástica: My son who's in 8th grade went to True Sports Physical Theraphy after breaking his ankle playing football and I am so glad we did. Alex Gett and Jon. G were amazing to work with! My son's orthopedic wanted him to try to get 2-3 PT sessions a week in to rehab his injury and potentially allow him to return to play to football this season and to make sure he was ready for basketball tryouts. I spent a day on the phone calling physically therapy facilities, only to be told over and over again that their schedules were full or they could only get him in for 30 minutes once a week. I was able to schedule my son's sessions with Alex who was very flexible with working us into his schedule for 45 minute sessions 2 times a week, including Saturdays. Alex communicated frequently with the orthopedic and created a rehab and return to play plan. Alex is very skilled at breaking down exercises and he takes the time to explain the movements and how they work the muscles in relation to injury. He ensured my son was doing them correctly, recognized when he was struggling physically and mentally and made appropriate changes. Alex followed up with me and my son through texting to see how he was doing and was always there to answer questions and adjust schedules. I highly recommend Alex and True Sports Physical Therapy, especially for athletes! Alex is personable, professional, tentative, very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. My wife and I are grateful for what he has done for our son both physically and mentally with his rehab.

Experiencia fantástica: In my previous experience with PT, I was passed around from person to person and mostly left alone to perform the exercises. Fortunately, my Ortho who is helping me with a hip issue bypassed his own companies in-house PT and recommend True Sports because of his previous experience with them. True Sports is far and away the best PT I’ve ever worked with. I was assigned Alex Gett, and he is fantastic. He worked directly with me the entire session. He is thorough, professional and very nice. He asked lots of questions and observed my motions and adjusted the exercises as needed. He followed up by text to see how I was doing and encouraged me to keep at it at home. Most importantly, my hip feels dramatically better and the range of motion is significantly improved. I highly recommend True Sports.
