Pivot PT - Frederick (Westview)

Experiencia fantástica: My therapist was Kelly Fiedler and she is wonderful! Kelly was kind and attentive to my recovery. Kelly is tough with exercises but to my advantage, I can walk!!! I would also like to thank the staff at Pivot PT. They are all very nice and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I graduated today! :) In the not too distant past I walked into this place and could barely walk without pain. I was "hit" recently with a dose of reality related to the natural human body wear and tear over time, exacerbated of course, by my 20 something year old brain telling my much, much older body that it was still completely capable of doing things that it really shouldn't be doing.... Long story short - I was assigned to Ashley Kelly who listened to me, answered my questions and then communicated her thoughts and developed a path forward for me to get me out of the discomfort I was experiencing and back doing the things I love to do! She proceeded to abuse my body (with my full consent of course!) for the next several weeks of the physical therapy. She worked a minor miracle (IMO) by helping me rehabilitate several of the muscle groups that I've neglected for far too long. She worked with me and also gave me a plan for working at home on the days I did not come in for the personal abuse...:). It worked! She is very good at assessing what's wrong, and focusing on what's best to do to "fix" it! She challenged me but did not push me to do anything that caused and discomfort. I'm very fortunate to have been assigned to her and thank her very much for what she did for me! Ashley is a very intelligent, caring, thoughtful, thorough Physical Therapist, and I am very pleased with what she did for me. She and the entire staff (including all of the interns) were a pleasure to deal with the entire time. Ashley, thanks again, and remember, you only need single sided tape....:) :) :)

Experiencia fantástica: Ashley Kelly was my physical therapist and was a joy to work with. She approached the sessions with empathy, observation, and knowledgeable solutions. Her personality was inviting and honest, which made the hour go by very fast. She listened, noticed, and adopted the activities to match the current situation, which is different from the goal we are trying to get to. If I showed up and it was my shoulder, we worked on that, and she did not push her plans on other pain on me. It balanced out the experience and the treatment, and I am very grateful. Ask for Ashley Kelly, and you will not be disappointed. A shout out to Ellie Moses and the other Ashley - both at the front desk. They were oh so wonderful! Very gentle and helpful. Thank you both as well.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience at Pivot . I was treated after a fracture. All of the staff were pleasant jolly and engaging.I have nothing but praise for Kelly the Physical therapist . She was thorough and very patient . She never made you feel rushed even when she was very busy . She modified and adjusted the treatment plan based on my symptoms. I credit her with helping me get back on the way to my former self .
