Experiencia fantástica: The therapists are extremely kind and knowledgeable. Most importantly my shoulder injury is much improved based on the therapy here. The atmosphere is different, not your typical medical office and it's loud which was fine by me. I enjoyed the distraction of watching baseball workouts doing my PT exercises.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the most effective physical therapy I have ever had. Immediately after my first visit there was a big improvement and each session is only better, After a few weeks I am now gaining confidence doing normal activities while also learning to manage my pain. Arsalan has been great in helping me understand my body and how to use my ABs correctly, and the StriveHub exercise program is convenient and very effective. I am impressed that I now have a better understanding of the core muscles and that it will also help with my overall posture and well being. Highly recommended physical therapy.
