Experiencia positiva: My mom was recently discharged from here after 3 weeks. Everyone here were so nice and professional, from the CNA's to the Rn's and the physical therapist were amazing even the case manager. Although I'm not good with names, I remember Frank, Carlos and Ebony. Thank You Kedred for nursing my mom back to her baseline health ❤️

Experiencia positiva: I had a pleasant experience and the only place I felt better than this was at the Children’s Hospital 50 years ago. The nurses and the patient advocate made my experience here great. The nurses would bring me whatever I needed, they were very attentive and everyone had a great work-ethic here. When I needed pain medication they explained everything and was so helpful. These guys were great! I would highly recommend

Experiencia positiva: Some of the nurses here need to improve their bedside manner drastically and some of them really don’t need to be here. I only saw the doctor very briefly a total of three times within the two weeks I was there. The third and the last time he came to my room I was using the commode and asked him to give me a moment to finish up and he just walked off and never came back even upon my discharge. However, there were some nurses who really made me feel like family. Cathy was one of them, she always came to say hi and gave me a hug even when I wasn’t her patient for the day. Frank V was also very helpful, kind and had a great personality. Tricia from lab always did a great job taking my blood and was always concerned and caring. Her personality is great too. There was also a staff member named Emmanuel in EVS who went above and beyond to thoroughly clean my room. He made sure everything was disinfected very well! And lastly I must mention the patient advocate from administration. She was very kind, helpful and caring. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process and let me know she’s by my side and actually showed up to prove it. Thank you all.

Experiencia positiva: The nurses need more training on certain duties such as how to change a colostomy bag. They need to check on the patients more often then they do. There is an excellent wound nurse name Steve who is very patient, caring & considerate, he goes beyond his duties. The staff needs to lower their voices when they are in the hall talking among themselves
