Experiencia positiva: My family member came here from home mid November she couldn't walk or stand alone. She has been having therapy 2×aday and I can take her to the bathroom by myself. She was bedridden at home and now she gets up everyday and participates in the daily activities I visit daily and know most of the staff. I've addressed a few concerns about day to day operations and the administration was very welcoming to my thoughts and concerns

Experiencia positiva: My father was bought here from another facility. Let me say a few things about this place. Is it an older building that needs some repairs? Yes, it is. Is the staff awesome? yes, they are. But remember it's not the building it's the staff inside the building. They treated my father with the utmost respect, kindness, dignity, and courtesy. They constantly gave me updates on my fathers status. I was up there almost everyday and they took time to speak with me and keep me updated. There are many people to name, but they all treated my father with respect. When I was having a bad day, many staff came up and hugged me. I can't say enough thanks to all of the staff. Thank you all for everything you do.
