Sentara Therapy Center - Greenbrier

Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful that I was referred to this therapy center by my surgeon and his staff!! I had total knee replacement surgery, July 5th, 2023 and June 28th, 2024 and I am getting excellent care and therapy sessions from the highly qualified staff at Sentara Therapy Center!! Here you will also have the opportunity to work with a different therapist each visit and I love this concept!!! I get to meet everyone, establish relationships, and make new friends. I truly look forward to my physical therapy sessions, because I know the staff will take good care of me...they're professional, knowledgeable, and kind hearted - and after 2 surgeries, they're like my extended family now......therefore I highly recommend Sentara Therapy Center for any service or treatment you may need.

Experiencia negativa: Got to the office before 4:15pm. Checked in for an EKG. Waited in the waiting room (which was empty) for over an hour. Was called back to do labs which I wasn’t there for. Waited in the waiting room a few more minutes and then the front desk staff started looking for someone to do my EKG as it was now after 5pm. They ask the heavy set lady with braids that was checking people in (who was more concerned about watching Netflix on her phone) to do my EKG since everyone else was gone. She was a tech also. She proceeded to try to use the machine but she did not have the “proper access.” So then they tell me to come back in the morning because everyone is gone. I said “ I thought y’all close at 5??” She said labs closes at 5, not EKG. So I asked her what time does EKG close (mind you, it’s all the same office). She said “4:30-5:00.” So now she’s trying to play with my intelligence. I told her I was here BEFORE both of those times and there’s nothing stating EKG closes at 4:30. Long story short, they dropped the ball and didn't send my info back to the techs like they were supposed to. When they saw me still waiting after 5pm is when they realized their mistake. Time wasted. Horrible experience.

Experiencia negativa: My mother went here to receive a service on her hand. While molding the splint, the lady applied too much pressure to her hand causing her pain! Not to mention she was rushing my mother because she had a patient right after her. This place is not bad at all by any means! However, this certain experience for my mother was. I’m rating her experience as of today.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone has been professional, friendly, and supportive. I highly recommend this therapy center. They individualize and work closely with each patient.

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend this therapy office. Therapists are very friendly, knowledgeable, customer focus, and willing to go beyond the call of duty to help you. Again great office and job well done to all employees including the ladies at the front desk
