She was phenomenal: kind, helpful, and great at communicating. She followed up with legal counsel with PP to make sure my request could be fulfilled in a legally-compliant manner. I also visited this health center several times between early 2016- late 2019. Clean office, kind staff, reasonable wait times, and very professional practitioners.

If a physician at this location is unable to treat a health concern for you themselves, They will take the time to reach out to your primary care physician (or direct you to one), alerting them that your visit with them is in need of additional attention. My visits at Planned Parenthood Glendora, CA have been covered by my Medi-Cal Insurance and since the year 2010, they make sure to successfully service my needs. During my visit today I was examined by EVAN YIEH NP; a new care provider I have not yet met. He asked me various questions regarding my symptoms which helped me paint a clearer understanding. Nerves get the best of me at times. They helped calm me down; which was very much appreciated! The staff are all prepared to care for your needs no matter how busy the day can get. This is great environment built with great people!
