Experiencia fantástica: I had my first PT appointment with Nicole. She was wonderful to work with. She explained the process and what to expect. She was thorough in her assessment of my pain, she worked on the affected area, and provided exercises to do independently at home. I'm feeling much better as a result and am super appreciative for her care. I'll definitely be back.

Experiencia fantástica: I had some really bad lower back pain from snowboarding. My PT Josh was incredible. He quickly figured out what was going on, performed dry needling on multiple areas, and gave me exercises to do for the next couple weeks. I had immediate relief after the first session and the exercises got me to 100% in a week. I’ll also say, I am terrible with needles, it’s a real phobia for me. Josh was very professional and helped me through it. It was totally worth it.
