Park Place Health Care Center

Experiencia fantástica: Clean facility. Friendly staff. Mom seems well taken care of for the 3 weeks she has been in the Transitional Care Unit. We see nothing to complain about and are quite satisfied to date with her care. A directory with a map in the lobby would be helpful for first time visitors. New post: We asked for some help with financial questions today and the staff at the front desk jumped right in and answered our questions etc. To date since the end of Nov. all aspects of my Mom's stay have been great. Staff is very professional. We are in the process of getting my Mom transferred over to Long Term Care as openings allow. She is nearly 90 years old- it is where she needs to be. The staff has been great- very professional and very friendly. My wife and I feel confident that Mom is being well taken care of. A staff member has always called and kept us informed about any issue or change big or small. We are very pleased with Mom's care at Park Place. Clean facility and the meals look very good too. Update 3/7/23: The TCU staff has done a great job of getting my Mom back on her feet since her bout of Covid 19 and subsequent fall last November. She has improved allot cognitively and physically which has amazed my wife and I considering the shape she was in when she arrived at the TCU after 2 weeks in the hospital. We all are very pleased with the therapy results and her overall care at Park Place.

Experiencia positiva: Park Place over all does a very nice job working with my brother! Yes we’ve had our ups up & downs but what business doesn’t? Thank you to the entire staff with his needs & also his family. Thank you for setting up the computer at the walk in door! It’s handy & works great! One suggestion that would be is that it would be great to be able to zoom once a month with his family & other families in the facility too, especially when we are locked out due to covid. Also contacting the school district to have students come & do a concert for them. They would love it! Happy Thanksgiving to all! Sheree J.McKinley ❤️????????????
