Experiencia fantástica: I had a shoulder injury that was affecting not only my fitness but all areas of life and after having a consultation at Dara Wellness with Lindsey she identified the issue quickly and came up with a treatment plan that took care of the injury in just a couple visits. Lindsey is extremely knowledgeable and professional and really makes sure each client gets excellent care that gets them healthy as soon as possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Dara Wellness and Physio. I saw Lindsey for shoulder pain from a workout injury. She was able to get me into her office quickly (which is so nice when you are having pain). She was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose me right away. She gave me a treatment on our first visit that helped relieve my pain, and after just a few visits my shoulder pain was completely gone. She went above and beyond just treating my pain and also gave me exercises to do at home to help strengthen my shoulders to prevent future injury.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Dara Wellness for 8 months last year and was most impressed by the care and concern Lindsay showed me. Not only care and concern, but most importantly, she knows what she is doing. I am a nurse of decades and I really appreciated her knowledge of muscle groups and all anatomy in general. She helped me get back to a point where I could begin to see myself getting stronger and become able to push myself. Her manner is warm, yet professional. I would recommend her to anyone.

Had a messed up shoulder for years and she fixed a good majority of the tightness and issues with a couple months. So happy I found her. She is super nice too! Definitely would recommend checking her practice out.

Experiencia fantástica: I 110% recommend Dara Wellness and Physio. I began my visits here in June of this year, shortly after moving to Colorado. I’ve struggled on and off with low back/hip pain/sciatica on both sides for roughly the past two years and have been to PT a couple of times, only recently adding dry needling in the mix. I found that working with Lindsay doing a combination of the two has been extremely beneficial for me. My pain has significantly decreased and at this point is virtually gone. The focus on rebuilding strength, I feel, has been a major cause of me feeling much better. My sessions at Dara have been a great experience every time and I highly recommend Lindsay. She is so great at what she does, being both kind and very knowledgeable.
