Experiencia positiva: What is that nauseating smell when you walk in the doors?!? Find it! And fix it! *Edit/update: The administration reached out immediately regarding my concern, and a few days later the odor was much improved! Thank you for addressing it so quickly!

Experiencia fantástica: It’s the staff at Broadview Health & Rehab (formerly Kenton Manor) who have earned a 5-Star review from me. My family member is a long term resident and is treated with dignity, respect and patience. I’m grateful to the team of nurses, caregivers and administrators who all contribute to her well-being. The leadership at this facility has been very communicative and positive, particularly in recent years, and I believe it spills over to the entire staff. For our family, it’s all about the people.

Experiencia fantástica: My mother spent about 30 days at Kenton Manor. While they have many guests at Kenton, we always felt like they took a personal interest in my mother’s wellbeing. John Stewart does a spectacular job running this facility and had my trust from the very first day. When my mom departed, I could tell the nurses developed a very loving relationship with my mother based on the nice remarks they made. Great job Kenton.

Experiencia fantástica: My stay at Kenton Manor was good and was needed for rehabilitation. The location was convenient and close to home and the parking was well lit for safety in the evening for family and visitors. Upon arrival, the room available was small but clean and a bit out dated. A room became available that was closer to the nurses station responsible for my care, so I was moved. This room was nicer and provided more space. The Physical and Occupational Therapy staff were very good. The staff is well educated and experienced. They work well with their patients and work through the patients limitations by keeping their spirits up and providing praise and giving patients confidence. The Nurses and CNA's were knowledgeable and quick to render help and care. Overall, the experience was good and rewarding.
