In addition to solving issues I struggled with PP, Brooke has also helped tremendously with hip and back problems I have struggled with my whole life. Her office is very clean and neat and she is very attentive to you and your needs. I could not recommend her enough!

She takes a holistic approach incorporating multiple techniques of bodywork along with corrective exercises. If you are experiencing pain that massage is not helping or unexplained pain, this place is your answer. I’ve been working with her for a couple months now and already can feel a huge difference in my hip and upper back pain.

She is super knowledgeable on pelvic floor dysfunctions. Brooke guides me the whole way through our sessions, and explains what she's doing with such compassion. I never feel rushed or embarrassed. I've emailed her between sessions and she was quick to respond and called me to tell me what to do. It's comforting to know I'm not alone in this journey. She is patient, kind and truly takes the time to work with you to figure out the root cause of the dysfunction. Brooke always makes me feel calm and comfortable during our sessions - I couldn’t recommend her enough! If you are postpartum, you HAVE to see her! The biggest regret I have is not going to see her sooner ~
