Experiencia fantástica: The whole team at Embody was great. Sam helped me get past an injury and gain more flexibility which has unlocked a new level of distance running for me. I can now go farther and faster with less effort. It's been amazing and I would recommend anyone to go see them even if they aren't suffering from an injury but simply stuck physically and know they have more potential. MJ, Sam and the team will help you get there.
