Experiencia positiva: Been here over an hour, someone tried to say our appointment was for yesterday and they called and we said didn’t need the appointment anymore, but I showed them the confirmation text that the appointment was for TODAY. Someone or multiple people are not fulfilling the obligations of their job. This isn’t the first time this has happened here. I recommend retraining your staff or hiring competent professionals. Thankfully one of the medical staff helped smooth things over and got is in right away after realizing they made a mistake.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to North shore because I was experiencing flu like symptoms. I got there the last before closing and they got me right back. The medical staff was awesome and caring. Got meds and was on my way. I'm on the road to recovery!! It was a great experience all the way around. I strongly recommend them!!!

She has been very professional and has such a wonderful personality. I love it when I see her at the door.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very impressed with your facility and your staff. The facility is very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful in answering insurance questions. I noticed how happy everyone was. That means that the management is great to work for. I worked for 38 years in the medical field as a Manager and Medical billing. Therefore,I really did take notice of how well everything was working out . I'm so glad I switched from oak street clinic.
