Experiencia fantástica: I had great care at the radiology department. It was easy to check in. and I did not wait long for the MRI procedure to be performed. The staff was professional and courteous.

Experiencia positiva: Staff are all super kind and attentive as much as possible but they are so busy (not sure if understaffed) that I had to wait for very long time to use the bathroom (90 minutes) and was forgoten multiple times when I requested to get up and walk. I don't want to hold this against staff because they were all very caring and I have no complaints about them at all... just that they were stretched a little thin so now I came home coughing up phlegm which apparently wouldn't have happened if I had been able to get out of bed during my stay. Recommend anyone that goes, just be persistent in reminding them of your needs. They do want to provide you with the best care but they are also very busy.

Experiencia positiva: I went in to get lab work done at the pavilion. it was about 7 AM. I was greeted by the most rudest person not a good way to start the morning and then had to wait for them to continue having personal conversations about the jacket she was wearing before she bothered to check me in once I got past the check in, it was taken back to the lab, the phlebotomist That drew my labs was extremely nice and professional

Experiencia fantástica: I had a CT scan done yesterday. From the time I arrived, my paperwork was done quickly, then I moved to the X Ray dept. I was called within two minutes to prepare for scan. I went right in and had my scan done. I can't remember the name of the Gentleman that took care of me, but, He was So Nice, and Friendly!! I'm very Happy with that experience!
