Dayna has been the best physical therapist i’ve ever worked with and I’ve been with a few over the years even in different states. I’d recommend anyone to her in a heartbeat and Ashley always did great when I was with her as well. I was greeted everyday by Sasha and they really made me feel like I was family while I was there. Not to mention I no longer have any pain and I’ve learned a lot in that time there about my joints and tendons

I can now do things that I have not been able to do in years. This was an exceptional experience. The other staff members were amazing as well. I observed a lot of fantastic improvements to patients which encouraged me to do as well as I could. 5 star facility for sure.

Victoria has also been a great help to me. Front office is very helpful with appointments. Results is aptly named, because I have had great results in my physical therapy and highly recommend them.

She is very knowledgeable and pleasant. She has made this very difficult situation more tolerable due to her approach and friendliness. We would also like to compliment all the other staff members. Everyone is helpful and courteous. We would recommend this facility to anyone that asks! They are all top-notch! Especially Sarah!!

Experiencia negativa: There is no way I'd use this facility for myself. I brought a loved one here twice. To start, the waiting room only has four chairs. I didn't find out until the second visit that there is another one in another room, but it's not posted for anyone TO know. The lady at the front desk is OKAY. However, she doesn't go about things in a very professional manner. She may greet you. She may not. The part that irritated me the most is that there are small children who visit here. I'm assuming that part of their therapy is running around in circles chasing a therapist and screaming as loudly as they can. There are elderly patients in there, people with injuries, etc.....no one really wants to be at an appt for therapy, watching and listening to children run and scream. There should be a separate room for such a thing. We are in the process of looking for another facility because this one is not one I'd bring my caged bird to. Oh, the staff collectively have personal conversations and will toss out a curse word here and there and not phased by it. Shane is AWESOME....so sad to see him leave. He was the only plus, and he's the one who gets the star.

Experiencia negativa: I took a squeeze hand test there today . I was informed I had a 70 and should be okay for my future employer. We'll my employer called and said I had a 60 - 55 score and wasn't employable. Thanks for ruining my income potential.

Experiencia negativa: I therapy here last year in January and February. With insurance I had to pay $15.00 each visit. My insurance came back to me in November and said they billed as out of network should have been in network. I have made several calls on this. Sent copies of EOB's and still have not been given my $33.90 my refund. It has been a nightmare trying to get to correct rperson. They want their money the minute you walk through the door. Good luck trying to get what they owe you. Would not recommend. Poor customer service.

Experiencia negativa: I was referred here by my doctor for low back pain and started going the first week of November. They had me schedule 2 to 3 appointments a week that were supposed to run until December. At my first appointment I was told I would only be working with 2 physical therapists, but I ended up working with 4 different therapists. That wasn’t a big deal to me at all, but they all had different techniques and different ideas about what was wrong with me so I don’t feel like there was much consistency with my treatment. After about 3 weeks, my physical therapist said I should be seeing some type of results by now (I wasn’t feeling any relief at all) and that I should follow up with my doctor. She cancelled my remaining appointments and said she would call me after Thanksgiving to follow up to see what my doctor said and go from there to maybe schedule more sessions. That was almost 3 weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything back from them, and I’m moving out of state in 2 weeks so at this point it doesn’t matter. Everyone there is very nice, but being bounced around between 4 different therapists and then taken off the schedule completely for not showing progress after 3 weeks just doesn’t feel like I was given a real shot at healing.

I especially love the Grin app. It has really helped to have this feature during the pandemic.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is so professional and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Tiffany the receptionist is awesome. She always has a smile on her face no matter how many calls, or patients she's taking care of at one time. I went for therapy on my hip and after very thorough assessment by Courtney found out my back was the issue. She helped me with great home exercises as well as therapy. Overall this has been the best therapy experience I've had. The staff is wonderful and works together as a TEAM/FAMILY.

Experiencia negativa: Didn't have a great experience. Felt really uncomfortable. There are privacy curtains but no one uses them. The staff is always discussing lunch or what they had for lunch. No patient confidentiality. My PT was talking to staff about another patient that was there having Covid which was frightening..i wouldn't recommend this facility.

Experiencia negativa: The therapist was good. The receptionist is super nice. But, for some reason they left me (I am disabled, and I use a cane or a walker), with a student. She was very nervous. They used a belt to support me, when I was doing some walking exercises (mind me, my left side of the body is numb and weak due to chronic illness). She dropped me, and I landed on the floor. I never went back, and they never called me to check on me. Not very compassionate or empathetic.

I've used their services on two other occasions with great success, so I was excited and hopeful when my doctor recommended I see them to help me learn to walk again. I began therapy virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic and saw four different therapists face-to-face as their surrounding clinics slowly returned to full operations. Each therapist helped me progress toward my major goals of walking and driving. However, I must give a special 'shout out' to my final therapist, Houston Newman. He worked with me, challenged me, encouraged me, and helped me overcome my fears. The surgery I had and the difficulties prior to the surgery, prevented me from walking for about a year. The support and guidance from Houston and the other therapists helped give me my life and independence back! Would I recommend Results Physiotherapy? OF COURSE...& I will not hesitate to use their services in the future should the need arise. THANK YOU Results Physiotherapy...I'd give you 1000 Stars if I could!

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Results Physiotherapy after a discouraging 5 year battle with chronic pain in my upper back and shoulder. After seeing countless physicians, having multiple MRIs and Xrays, and two rounds of physical therapy with other providers, Results was like a breath of fresh air. Houston was patient, encouraging, knowledgeable, and respectful. I felt he and the rest of the clinic was equally as invested in my treatment as I was. Instead of just focusing on one specific problem, Houston was able to assess the overall picture and suggest changes such as improvements to my breathing patterns, posture, and exercise movements. The incorporation of dry needling also changed the game- 5/5 stars would recommend for sure. After too many years of relentless pain and frustration, I was blessed to find not just temporary relief but actual lasting improvement. Although my treatment ended prematurely due to an out-of-state move, I was given the necessary tools and knowledge to sustain the momentum I gained through my time at Results and am excited to say that, even two months out from my treatment, I am still maintaining the significant improvements in my pain and enjoying my increased quality of life. Huge thank you to Houston and the rest of the Clarksville Trenton Results PT team!!

When I started PT I was in a lot of pain every day, and had to dramatically cut back on my daily activities. After needing knee surgery and personally struggling with the duration of my healing process, I can officially say I am back to my version of normal. I could not have achieved this without having such a genuine, caring, and all around amazing physical therapist. I went from struggling to walk, back to tackling strenuous hikes, and I could not have done it without Results PT. Experiencia fantástica: My therapist Tracy she s very knowledgeable with the anatomy and breaks everything down when speaking to you so that I understood exactly what she was explaining. I never once felt like I was in a classroom when I asked a question. This goes for all the other therapists that I worked with as well as because due to me being sick or my work schedule I missed some sessions and they worked with me extremely well and got me in with other PT’s. Results PT is a great clean and professional environment and I would strongly recommend the facility to anyone looking for a place to entrust their healing process with.

During these trying time of COVID-19 the clerks behind the desk ensured temperature screening are conducted. The entire staff handle their jobs in a professional manner. My Therapist Tracie was fabulous with handling the limited motion areas of my body joints which now has full motion and less to zero pain. I like to give KUDOS to the Michelle for filling in for Tracie while she was out to continue to providing excellent therapy service. Experiencia negativa: The young guy had absolutely no idea what to do about my shoulder. Kept leaving me to go get advice from another therapist. Then told me I had FROZEN SHOULDER! Said it could be 6 months to 1 year to regain mobility. I went to see an Orthopedic surgeon who let me know it was just tendinitis and bursitis. 1 week later I had mobility back. Results Physiotherapy was a total waste of my time and money!!!!

I learned how to work on my core and move again with rods and screws in my back. I am moving so much better than I did before PT that all my friends are commenting on what good shape I'm in!

Experiencia negativa: I will never go back to this location. The receptionist and therapist are unaccommodating, poor planners, and poor communicators. I showed up 30 min early (as instructed) to the wrong location for my appt but was still able to make it 10 min early to this location. Instead of being accommodating, they turned me away stating there wasn't enough time to fill out paperwork. If paperwork is that crucial to an appointment, then it should be scheduled as part of the appointment. I also don't understand why I couldn't fill it out during what I'm sure would be wait time for the PT or even after the appt. Most every other medical institution would allow you to do this. I was also NEVER informed I could fill out my paperwork in advance, avoiding this issue altogether. People with busy schedules don't have the luxury of rescheduling appointments that they arrived to on-time. No one ever communicated how imperative the suggestion of arriving 30-min prior to your scheduled appointment is, so that should be communicated differently in the future to avoid issues like this. I will be going to a different location from here on out, and I hope their planning and communication practice changes to better serve other customers in the future.

I’m an avid Crossfitter so I go in several times a year, usually for maintenance or when something “just doesn’t feel right.” John works with me to keep me moving while we work on whatever the problem might be. He is AWESOME. I always leave feeling better and with a plan to continue progressing and healing. My deepest thanks to the ppl at this office for providing exemplary service in every way!
