I would actually be excited to come to my appointments to see them because they made me feel a welcomed. They both really knew what they were talking about and had me do exercises that were spot on and really helped with the problem I was having! I would recommend high point therapy to anyone, and tell you to ask for Becky or Katie!!

Experiencia fantástica: Highpoint has been an answer to prayer for me. Everyone is so helpful and kind. I was so concerned that I would have to go through surgery for my rotator cuff. BUT..I was assigned to Sam and Katie. They were absolutely amazing and worked diligently to help me get the strength back to avoid surgery. I can now resume normal activities. I am forever grateful to them and Highpoint. Highpoint makes sure that you get the one on one attention you need!

They both gave me exercises to do at home along with the PT I was receiving at the office. Everything helped! They were both very friendly and welcoming every time I came. Experiencia fantástica: Post surgery from a total hip replacement I was sent to High Point for physical therapy. The entire experience was great. I was given one to one treatment using several pieces of equipment and physical exercise to strengthen, improve range of motion and aide in healing. The staff is knowledgeable, thoughtful and take your needs seriously. You are greeted in the lobby by name, are informed and made comfortable during your individualized treatment. Experiencia negativa: I don’t usually write reviews, especially negative ones, but what High Pointe did to my son is unacceptable. My son, who has autism, had been receiving speech therapy there since he was 4 or 5. He’s now 11. Last July, after one incident where he allegedly spit and hit his therapist Jenna, we were informed it would be his last session. They cut off the service immediately without giving us time to look for another therapist. I still need ti talk to Tricare about this situation. This was the first time we heard of any issue of him at High Pointe. Children with autism often have speech challenges and occasional meltdowns—shouldn’t a therapy center be prepared to handle that?

Experiencia fantástica: Becky and Lisa worked with me after I had both hip replacements. They did a phenomenal job helping me get to a functional place that I can enjoy hiking and yoga again! I also always felt comfortable with both of them, as they helped me reach my goals with patience, humor, and just the perfect amount of lightheartedness on those tougher days. Additionally, every appointment was 1:1, and that was a huge factor in having personalized treatment and therapy to get where I am today. I have my life back thanks to the help from Becky, Lisa, and High Pointe Therapy!

Experiencia fantástica: High Pointe has been great for me! I would recommend anyone with musculoskeletal issues to have a consult and see what they can offer. I originally went to a friend looking for a chiropractor recommendation for low back issue but he said to actually give High Pointe a call and see what they could. I called on a Thursday morning and was able to get in on Friday morning. After just the first consult my low back pain was relieved so much that I was able to return to work that weekend. They will be my first call or recommendation to anyone having musculoskeletal problems, to include children!

Experiencia fantástica: High Pointe Therapy is fabulous. I never believed in physical therapy, that is until I was fortunate enough to use High Pointe. Trust me when I state that High Pointe is the place to receive care. If you are allowed, ask for Sam. She is unbelievably awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: Becky and Katie are ANGELS sent from above. Not only are they so sweet and kind, they helped me heal my back which I thought was impossible. I went from sleeping on the floor, not being able to stand for more than 5 mins, and constantly being in pain to having my life back. I was told by 2 different surgeons that I needed a spinal fusion which would require a rod/ screws in my back. When I first went to high pointe, I could barely walk from the parking lot to the waiting room. Katie and Becky were patient with me and took things slow. I went home and worked on the exercises they suggested. A few weeks later, here I am… NO SURGERY and NO PAIN! I couldn’t recommend them enough. P.S. high pointe management, give Katie and Becky a raise bc they deserve it

Both of my son’s received services from High Pointe over a course of 4 years. The front desk staff was extremely accommodating with my hectic Army schedule. Ms. Brittney was a dream and improved my son’s speech tremendously in just a short span of time. She’s truly blessed and great at what she does. We’re sooo sad to be leaving due to a PCS. If you’re new to Clarksville or in search of PT, OT, or speech services I would 10/10 recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: This facility has been amazing for my boy!!! My 3 y/o started when he was 1 years old after receiving an autism diagnosis and was nonverbal. After working with Ms. Jenna, Ms. Alicia, and Ms. Leah for over a year, my baby has just BLOSSOMED. He's talking beautifully and is doing great with feeding. They have all been so considerate and patient, even on the hard days for us. Grateful for everything they've done!!

My daughter can be stubborn but they have always been patient with her. We appreciate all their hard work and dedication to the children they provide services to!

Experiencia negativa: Lack of availability for their therapists was a consistent issue when scheduling or trying to reschedule. Customer service was disappointing, spoke over me several times until it became clear that they had no interest in hearing what I had to say. Could be greatly improved with a more human outlook instead of treating people as if they are just a number and an insurance payment. 2 stars because the therapists were better than the customer service

I was fortunate to get the chance to briefly work with Caroline and Kendall, and Courtney was my main PT - they all did a fantastic job and I was impressed by how comfortable the experience was despite what we were working on. They're all very knowledgable and supportive. I would highly recommend this clinic and their pelvic floor therapy services.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter started physical therapy at High Pointe for her hip after a dance related injury. I can’t say enough good things about High Pointe and her physical therapist, Janelle. Ms. Janelle was amazing with my daughter, not only fixing her pain but also strengthening her muscles to help prevent future injuries. My daughter was actually very sad the day she was discharged knowing she wouldn’t be back to see her favorite physical therapist. We truly love Ms. Janelle and the entire staff at High Pointe! Hands down the best place to go for physical therapy in town.

Jenna who he sees for speech has helped me through some difficult times when we first got my son’s diagnosis with autism. He sees her once a week and since going his speech has been amazing and so much easier for us to understand. Racheal his OT therapist has helped him grow in using his gross motor skills so he is able to dress himself. Tracie his feeding therapist has helped him overcome his anxiety with food and has even been able to add more food choices to his plate. All of the ladies at the front are always so supportive and sweet when you come in with the smiles on their faces that it just brightens my day.

Experiencia fantástica: Over the years I have had to visit High Point for several different ailments including tennis elbow. This year, I went here for PT treatment of a tricep tear and the team here is unbelievably good. Kelly and Katie were a fantastic tag team for my physical therapy. Very capable, knowledgeable, professional, personable and great to work with. As with any PT, you have to put the work in, at the clinic and at home on your own. They can’t do the work for you. The facility is nearly brand new and the equipment is in excellent condition. It should be noted their older facility was also top notch several years ago when I previously needed their services. The front office staff is very good. They worked hard to find slots for my therapy and were very professional. You will never find a better support team anywhere else! I wholeheartedly recommend High Pointe!

He does speech with Ms. Jenna, and she is so wonderful. She is always on top of our goals, keeping me up to speed on everything, and my son just loves to hang out with her! Mrs. Jenna focuses on new sounds that need work while regularly reviewing other tricky sounds for reinforcement. We came across High Pointe after having a poor experience with another establishment. Our experience with High Pointe from working with the front desk staff, to her screenings, and finally watching our daughter develop this sweet and loving working relationship with Mrs. Jenna, has been nothing short of excellent. Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at High Pointe Therapy. Kelly and Samantha actually made each therapy session enjoyable. They gave clear instructions for each exercise and explained why the exercise would be beneficial to my recovery. After the first couple of sessions, I found myself looking forward to the next session. My surgeon wanted to know who my therapists were because my recovery progressed so quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting and spending time with these young ladies. If I ever need physical therapy again, I will return to High Pointe, provided Kelly and Samantha are still there.

Experiencia fantástica: I was under the care of Kellie and Katie during my time at high point as I recovered from surgery on my labrum. They made physical therapy a comfortable and very easy process, from the exercises to stretching and recovery they know exactly what they are doing. If you go anywhere else in Clarksville for physical therapy you’ll be disappointed you didn’t go to Highpointe instead.

Experiencia fantástica: When I came to High Point Theraphy I was a total mess. I had my left knee replaced and a few months later my right knee replaced. Subsequently I fell at home and severely damaged my right leg quad tendon requiring major surgery and reconstruction. This totally delayed theraphy on my right knee. The focus was on my recovery from the surgical repair of the tendon. This was necessary before I could attempt theraphy on my right knee. The care I received at High Point was stellar. They took awesome care of me physically as well as mentally. I was very down on myself for haven fallen. They worked me hard and consistently according to my own needs. They were very compassionate and always made sure I could handle the difficulty of my theraphy. I did not give up and they responded to my own needs. I am so thankful to my PT Kelly and my PTA Kelly. They are awesome professionals. They rebuilt me. I could not have done it without their exceptional care. Care designed just for my own circumstance. I have made wonderful progress and have graduated. They have set me up for totally success. I would totally recommend High Point Theraphy. The entire staff are total professionals with always a grear smile or kind word of encouragement. I totally thank them for helping me to return to near normal after a long recovery period. I am so thankful to everyone, especially my PT staff. I will miss them...

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff is friendly and professional. They take your care personally and they treat you like family. They will push you a bit to reach your goals for PT. Does it hurt, of course, it’s PT. However, there’s a difference between hurting for recovery and pain, and they will do their best to help you through the hurt for recovery and not to go into the pain.

Experiencia fantástica: If you get the chance to come to High Pointe don’t pass it up! We had the best care for speech therapy with Ms.Brittany. My son had such amazing results and improvement throughout his care. He always had a great time and always looked forward to going to his appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: We moved to TN in May of 2022, I had worked with my sons doctor in KS and with High Pointe early so we could transition his care with no hiccups. It was a great first experience. My son started to work with Mrs Jenna for speech and Ms Rachel for OT. To say we are blessed to have the two of them is an understatement. They care deeply for the kiddos they help and the support I received was top notch. They not only empowered my son with tools for success they helped me, so I could continue helping him at home. My son graduated from both speech and OT this fall and I have so much gratitude and appreciation for both of them helping along his journey. Both of my boys were always eager to go see her. My sons speech improved so much and he was able to get back on track developmentally after a few months. I HIGHLY recommend Ms.Jenna! She’s super professional, and she’s such a caring speech therapist! We’re all thankful for her, so thank Ms.Jenna! My boys were super bummed when my youngest graduated from speech therapy, so that should tell you how much they loved seeing her!

Coming in my son had EXTREME stranger anxiety and within a few weeks he was asking to go to therapy and see all his favorite people! Experiencia fantástica: There are not enough stars to show how much this place means to me. It's the people inside that make it the best place to go for physical therapy. I was initially nervous because I had never had to have PT before. I met a couple of physical therapists that changed all that. They were caring, empathetic, and patient with me. As I spent time there for eight months, I had other PTs. All treated me like family, wholly invested in my recovery. I have made a full recovery, and it is because of the people at High Pointe. I went in scared, afraid, and almost gave up. I felt I would not have full use of my arm again. I ended up better, stronger, and more confident. Also, the front office staff are pleasant and very friendly. You walk in, and they welcome you with smiles and ask how you are doing. I looked forward to walking in the door each time. Thank you all! They also taught me how to keep it from happening again. The front desk staff are very friendly and have no problems accommodating different schedules.

Experiencia fantástica: Beth & Katie were both amazing Physical therapists that worked all summer with my two sons who both play collegiate baseball. They were instrumental in their weekly medical rehabilitation of both their pitching arms. Bracken, my oldest son, came home after his first day at High Pointe and said, “Beth is the most thorough therapist I’ve ever had mom. She’s amazing!” (True statement) Cannon also thrived in his rehabilitation regimen with both Beth & Katie every week as he recovered from a wrist injury related to his pitching. My family cannot thank these two therapists and High Pointe enough for the wonderful care my sons received over the summer months. The therapists take time to listen to the patient and focus their attention based on that information. Katie and Sam are amazing! Experiencia fantástica: Had the most amazing experience here. My daughter came in for speech therapy and has improved SO much. Miss Brittany is the best and has been so helpful. Ive accidentally been late twice (i know shame on me) but they worked with me and got my daughter in both times! Shes went from a little below average for her age to above in a short few months. I highly recommend Miss Brittany at High Pointe!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience at High Pointe Therapy and I'm very grateful for the care I received from them. I spent alot of time there and they are like family to me. I went originally for some shoulder pain and ending up opting for surgery. I received excellent guidance and treatment, this reduced my pain level tremendously. They helped me recover quickly post surgery and got me pretty close to normal. I didn't want to leave but it was time so I'll just say thank you and I definitely recommend them to anyone that needs PT in the area.

She went out of her way to ensure that I got the best care possible. She took her time and explain things to me. She was incredibly encouraging while being understanding of my personal limitations. Even on my more emotional days, she continued to provide support that would refocus my thoughts. Experiencia fantástica: The front desk staff is professional and polite. At just my son’s second visit they knew us by name without even getting up to the reception desk. The environment is clean and welcoming. It is great for pediatric patients. Our therapist, Jenna, was AMAZING! She was so kind and personable and took my son’s needs very seriously. She kept me updated with everything they did during his visits and even things to do to help at home. He looked forward to the days he got to see Mrs. Jenna. We will miss the High Pointe Therapy Pediatrics team!

They took the time to listen, personalize my care, and give me the tools I needed to successfully continue my therapy at home. When I first came, my mobility was extremely limited, but Beth and Kate quickly pinpointed my issues and expertly worked to correct them. By the time I was discharged, I was nearly 100%!! I highly recommend High Point to anyone who may be needing physical therapy services. They are second to none!!
