She is dope! She is a great listener! She asks you questions you don't think to even talk about! And she is spot on with what the issue is or "could be" and will have you back to the new, improved you in no time! You just have to be willing to put in the work!

After having here help me with one on one session she was able to improve the mobility in my feet. She answered all the questions i had in a way i could understand. It was a great and comfortable experience I would recommend anyone that need physical therapy to her.

Experiencia fantástica: When I had a stroke (Jan 2020), I couldn't walk without help. There were a lot of good medical people involved in helping me. But Dr. Duncan was the special one. I could feel she was genuinely concerned about my recovery, and her plan was solid. She said I would be walking again and playing golf in no time. I could tell those were not just words, and she wasn't just trying to make me feel better. I hung on and believed every word. Her methods went far beyond the physical. My wife and I both agreed, she was God's Doctor sent to do what He purposed for her to do before Tameka Duncan or I were born. There's no amount of money that could add up to godly service. I'm not the "review" guy, but I had to share so all will know. I could go on and on. But I have a tee time. "FORE!"

Experiencia fantástica: I could barely move my left arm and she stayed late to see me. 20 or 30 mins and I could move my arm. She instructed me to do some simple streckes and and a few weeks later my arm is good and the neck pain I usually have is almost gone. If I start hurting again I will definitely try to see her. She is also very nice and acts like a an actual person instead of a figure of a doctor's office. I highly recommend this if you are hurting.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had an acute episode where both my hip flexors and my lower back were so tight that it caused them to spasm. I couldn't sit or stand for any length of time and I definitely could not train. On the scale of 1 to 10, the level of pain I experiencing was a 7. I called Dr. Duncan and describe the situation. She asked me several questions and by the end of her investigation she was able to deduce that the real culprit was my SI joint. Dr. Duncan prescribe some corrective exercises and stretching modalities. Immediately began to decrease the pain. I'm now able to move and train virtually pain free. I I have no doubt that I'll be fine within the next two to three days. Without a significant set back in my training routine. IFBB Orlandina Balan

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tameka Duncan is a master at her craft. She is able to identify issues quickly with a few simple questions. Her language is plain and clear which is helpful when she is explaining the issues, her mode of treatment and in giving you homework. You can tell she is invested in your healing and returning back to full function pain free! Every time I am in Clarksville, I make sure to spend time with her. I have always left feeling like my younger athletic self from head to toe! I have gone to clinic for PT to rehab a repaired ACL as well as a sprained ankle. The one-on-one method surpasses time spent in clinics where you have to be one of many!

She also has open lines of communication and follows up post treatment to ensure you’re feeling okay/troubleshoot the aches and pains you’re experiencing. I would definitely recommend her practice to anyone whether you’re experiencing chronic pain or you’ve just had a fresh injury that require physical therapy.
