Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough great things about Onward. I had shoulder pain that persisted for a few months. I finally got tired of dealing with the pain and went to see Zac at Onward. After just under two months of visits to Onward and home exercises, the pain completely went away and I was able to get back to my normal exercise routine.

Experiencia fantástica: So far so good! I’ve only met with my PT twice, but each time and the on the phone consult, she asked more and better questions than other PTs for pelvic floor. She is extremely knowledgeable and after an exam she had several exercises, or breathing, etc. the point is she had a plan and it was specific to get me on my way. We talked about goals and what my goals were. No pressure to come in too many times, but to get a game plan, me do the exercises and give some time for my body to respond. She listens and makes sure we covered everything. Again, extremely knowledgeable in her field.

Experiencia fantástica: 5 stars is not enough praise to give Onward PT and their staff. The time and energy that Jessi has dedicated to the recovery of my teenager is remarkable. She is very patient, shows concern, always has options to make the workouts comfortable, and shows enthusiasm and pride in the results that have come from both of their hard work. I will continue to recommend Onward to anyone that is looking for help with pain or injury... especially with a young athlete.

I started working with Alexis through the restore and perform program at about four months pregnant to maintain my running practice. She helped me keep running until 25 weeks and then transition safely to cycling and weights, as well as easing the aches and pains of pregnancy with cupping and dry needling. After a traumatic first birth experience, her labor prep sessions made me feel much more informed and prepared the second time around. Post-partum recovery with her has been great, in part because of the work we did before birth but also because of her tailored recovery guidance. I’m 16 weeks pp, feeling strong and back to all my normal activities.
