Vanderbilt Health Walk-In Clinic Hendersonville

Experiencia positiva: The experience was fair… front desk staff certainly were not friendly, and considering I was the only person there I found that odd. They did get me back quickly… Nurse asked questions and did her job well… Doctor didn’t say very much… I had a middle ear infection… He only looked in the ear that I was complaining about… I realize the same antibiotic would heal the other ear and strep if I had it, but found it odd that he didn’t at least look at my throat and other ear. I was almost 100% sure it was allergy related and sinusitis as I take allergy drops and have a ENT…but if it was strep would have been nice to know. He would’ve done the test had I persisted, but not being a doctor I didn’t suggest anything, and declined as he said the same antibiotic would take care of it all, but I did find it odd that he did not look in my throat or my other ear. He didn’t offer any information about the prescription, no details like side effects or how to take it. I rarely go to these walk in type places but we have a really nice new Er in Hendersonville and I think I prefer that. I’m usually a huge Vanderbilt fan and I’m sorry to say this did not wow me.
