Experiencia positiva: La Salle is GREAT! Only reason I gave 4 ⭐'s is because it takes too long to get someone on the phone for an appointment. 20, 30, 40 minutes. Perhaps it's because they're short handed...??. It never took this long before. Maybe 10 or 15 minutes. Not sure what's going on but I will still recommend this medical office. This is the office on Main St and Second St. In Hesperia. They have been my kids medical doctors for many years and now my newborn grandbaby is a patient here. The PA's and NP's are great. They have always taken good care of my children. They take their time.... Never rush. I have NEVER waited long. They run their schedule very well. They have accommodated my kids for emergency visits as well. Thank you to all the staff. Hopefully they will do something about taking phone calls. They have to realize that parents work and the only time we have to call is during lunch breaks and we can't spend the entire time on hold. I left a message before for a call back to reschedule an appointment and no one called back please please please work on this. Other than this, you guys are amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had my consultations with Provider Irene Cruz for my issues, I love the fact that she takes her time to listen to my concerns and helps me better understand my issue and answers all my questions. And as for the staff starting from the front to the back they have always been respectful and helpful. With these changes from when the COVID-19 has started the virtual consultations have been also a great experience and very convenient. I also bring my daughter in to see their pediatricians and they are all great. I would recommend to all families!! Very Satisfied with all their services!!! I have never had a problem with my appointments being scheduled they are always available.
