Providence Health Center - Reed's Crossing

Experiencia positiva: Reeds Providence is a nice and easy to drive to accommodation for us. However, it is not conducive to those that are handicapped. There are no easy access doors to the lab, imaging, etc.... instead it's a long walk to the front entrance. Disappointing

Experiencia positiva: First time @ Reed's Crossing. Too bad more Providence locations in Hillsboro aren't on a bus route. Lucky for me it's within walking distance. Nice aesthetics but weird building layout. My chief complaint was the signage - the map and description layout situates the viewer to the back of the building, rather than the u-shaped front hall the visitor is standing in. I can only imagine what sort of effect that might have during an emergency exit scenario. Today got called for a blood draw in 5 minutes, can't beat that.

Experiencia positiva: new, clean facility close by so I don't have to go to Barnes for services offered here like Laboratory. However, seems to be understaffed due to it being new / not many people coming in for services. It took more than 35 minutes to get a blood draw from check in. I guess not too bad but felt long because there weren't many people waiting and didn't seem busy. A little confusing to find the parking lot when entering from Reed due to continued construction around.
