Experiencia fantástica: My son was only at the center for 6 months and his progress in the short time was so sufficient. You could see the changes right away. The staff were so helpful from the time of evaluation until he was discharged. Him and his RBT were the best of friends the bond she shared with our son is unmatched. His BCBA was very organized and was there whenever we had questions or concerns. I'll forever recommend this center along with being a advocate for early intervention.

Experiencia fantástica: I give five stars to the Clarksville Hopebridge for their care, instructions, and implementation of ways to help and improve my granddaughters life.

Experiencia negativa: Never made it past the consultation. It’s clear that they are just looking to make as much money as they can. Told us that they would charge our insurance for full time rate when they said we would only be attending part time. After we decided not to go with this place because they clearly did not have my kids best interest in mind they falsely charged me for 4 consecutive days in a row. Research hopebridge and you’ll see even from former employees that they are out to get as much money as they can.

Experiencia positiva: Let me start this by saying we did see progress, and we did work with some absolutely great people in our time here (some awesome RBTs/BCBAs we’re still friends with today:)) However, consistency, which is very important, was lacking. From high staff turnover rate and having therapists switched around, to hours being changed —sometimes for weeks at a time, often times in the drop-off line in the morning—the lack of consistency was a bummer. I don’t necessarily blame this center itself, it may be more of the Hopebridge model. Getting ahold of any other departments is near impossible. Trying to deal with the billing department was awful, possibly the most unorganized billing department I have ever dealt with. A change in values is what ultimately made us leave—we learned more about what approaches would and wouldn’t be best for our kids. I hesitated to leave a review, but decided to because I know when my kids were newly diagnosed and I was searching out help I was scouring through reviews, wishing people had more to say. Edit: I had to come back to edit this because we have been gone for 6 months, it is now February of 2024–we just yesterday received a bill for services that took place in October of 2022. Yes. 2022. Despite having paid multiple, multiple bills since then. I cannot stress enough how laughable the billing is.

Experiencia fantástica: My 3 year old non verbal son started in July of 2023. He has accomplished so much in such a short amount of time. I highly recommend them.

Experiencia negativa: A company that displays lack of integrity and dishonesty as well as discrimination is not to be praised. I’m not sure why they received 5 stars.
