Experiencia fantástica: As a 31 year old male, I had never been to a Wellness Spa before. But when I woke up with excruciating, crippling lower back pain after a golf trip, I had Studio Wellnest recommended to me and decided to give it a try. I have so far completed four sessions, and have nothing but phenomenal things to say. The location is great and the space is clean, calming, relaxing and modern. Dr. Kim and Dr. Kang are true professionals and masters of their craft. After just two sessions consisting mainly of stretching, acupressure, acupuncture, and cupping, the pain was gone and my range of motion returned. When I first arrived, I could not even lay in bed without severe pain. Now I am back to feeling 100% and armed with the knowledge and take home stretches/exercises to prevent future injuries. I would highly recommend giving Studio Wellnest a try if you are experiencing any bodily pain, or even if you just want to de-stress and relax after a long week of work. You won't be disappointed!

I used to have lower back pain and it is completely alleviated. The combination of the acupuncture, red light therapy, cupping, massage, etc. has helped all of my issues.
