Experiencia fantástica: I was in town for the summer and my out of state doctor had prescribed I receive PT 2x week during the summer in prep for potential Patella surgery when I returned. My knee was swollen with limited motion and constant popping. I made appts with Peggy and she did a fantastic job in bringing my knee back to normalcy. I don't believe I will need surgery any time soon. The staff are friendly and accommodating and Peggy is just all around great. I highly recommend here if you want relief and a potential regimen to avoid surgeries.

Experiencia fantástica: Peggy is simply amazing! I went other places first but always left in more pain than I went in with. Now I know not to expect instant results but there was no progress. I went to see Peggy. When asked to lay on the table it was almost impossible to get there. Peggy worked her magic and let me tell you when she asked me to get up I was skeptical at best but holy cow. Gettin up from that table on my own was an amazing feeling. I have done followups with Peggy and I’m proud to say I am fixed. Thank you Peggy for all you do.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to see Peggy at Bayside Physical Therapy as a last resort. I had persistent pain in my left leg for years and I had all but resigned to suffering. It took a couple of months but the change is miraculous. Today I’m pain free and can walk and stand for hours without any problems. I broke my radial head joint in my elbow a few months back and had to get replacement surgery, and when I started with her I could hardly move my elbow. It was rough!! Peggy has been SO instrumental in my recovery and helped me get soo much more range of motion and frankly, my life back!! She is very encouraging and understanding too - whenever I felt discouraged she was right there with me to pep me up again!! This is very valuable because when you have the right mindset it definitely helps your own recovery. :) I highly recommend Peggy!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Peggy Kirk has been treating our 85 year old mother for several months. She is highly proficient, professional and definitive in her treatments. Once in pain and getting weaker, our mother is showing marked improvement and no longer needs to see a spine pain management MD for treatments as her neck pain is gone. Our mother listens to Peggy, looks forward to her weekly physical therapy sessions, and truly feels so much better after each one. Peggy recommended we seek further medical attention based on my mother's condition early on and the MD's were pleased we did. Together the approach has been nothing short of miraculous. She is excellent with the elderly!

Experiencia fantástica: Peggy Kirk, Physical Therapist at Bayside Physical Therapy is the best physical therapist in this area. I've been going to her for several weeks, after severely injuring my knee (two torn meniscus, a sprain, and a pre-patella bursitis.) Before seeing Ms. Kirk, my knee was getting worse and I was afraid that my knee would never get better. I now know that my knee will heal completely. She explains what is happening in the healing process and I see a major change for the better after every visit with her. Her bedside manner is calming and confident. If you are in pain, go see her. You will feel better and you will begin to heal. I highly recommend her for any and all injuries, if you are having any difficulties with balance, or if you're having headaches, or if you're post-op and need help healing. You'll be happy with the results.

Experiencia fantástica: Before coming to therapy, I had back, neck stiffness and pain and vertigo. Peggy saw me 3 times, and handled the vertigo and got the pain reduced to almost nothing with a few exercises that is handling the rest. Very strongly recommend Peggy and Bayside Physical Therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to see Peggy for treatment of shoulder, hip & knee pain. I was very concerned as I was in a lot of pain and had never seen a physical therapist before. But Peggy is a great listener and I felt very comfortable with her right away. Her initial assessment was very thorough. Peggy saw my body as a whole rather than as an assemblage of individual parts, which guided the exercises she prescribed. The first exercises were gentle and as I got stronger, they gradiently increased in number and intensity. They were actually quite enjoyable, which was not something I was expecting! Peggy has been practicing for something like 35 years and she really is expert in helping people gain mobility and strength. I definitely recommend her!

Experiencia fantástica: I had never been to a physical therapist before. I was having much trouble with my knee and could barely walk. Within a few sessions, Peggy got the mobility back into my knee and leg and I could walk without crutches or a cane. The therapy was gentle and fairly easy to do. I highly recommend her. I will go to her again when I need to. I am also recommending her to my husband for his back pain.

After I received a total hip replacement as a result of a broken hip from a bicycle accident, Peggy assisted me in learning to walk again without pain and without limping.
