The work that you accomplish under his care is easily replicated at the gym or home to reinforce and help speed the healing process along. Both my son and I had similar injuries and have completed our therapy programs here. We highly recommend this practice above all others.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Premier Physical Therapy as the providers have the expertise and training to assist me in achieving my goals toward healing an injury. I participated in three months of therapy, reached my goals and feel more knowledgeable and am pain free. My range of motion has improved, I am able to do things I was no longer able to do after my shoulder injury and now know how to utilize the tools outside the office. The providers were wonderful, friendly and have great bedside manner. I highly recommend them!!

From the Office Manager, Lisa to all the physical therapists, they genuinely care about you reaching your highest potential and maximum performance. Over the years, my husband and I have both been blessed by the individualized one on one professional treatment we have received at Premier Physical Therapy. On December 3, 2023 I had a major stroke. After going through the hospital and outpatient rehab, I started back seeing Dr. Hays. He didn’t treat me like a 72-year-old stroke survivor. He put me on a program that not only treated my vertigo but he has me performing at a level I didn’t think possible. He challenges me and I expect to be better than I was before I had the stroke! Thanks Dr. Hays and your entire staff!

Have experienced relief, had have excersizes to do at home to continue to build strength. Dr. Estes work with me on my attacks of vertigo and see that how much improved that is! Their evaluation routine tested my abilities rather than simply taking the physician's prescription and giving me formulaic exercises. We work on my weaknesses, and these guys LISTEN. They WATCH. We DISCUSS. I am a few weeks in and really loving it. Give them a try.

They explain the mechanics and really want you to understand why they have you doing them. Experiencia fantástica: I have been to Premier for my knees, my performs muscle issues and to improve my posture. I have been very pleased with all my outcomes. I went to another PT office years ago when I had shoulder pain. There I had PT assistants that were working with me. When I repeated the exercises for the Physical Therapist, I was told I was doing it incorrectly. At Premier there are no PT assistants but Physical Therapists that work with you hands on. I believe that this is why I had such positive outcomes. Eric even put me on the treadmill and watch my gait frame by frame to see what was going on with my knee. I highly recommend Premier!

I am in my sixties and my back had been giving me trouble for about two years. My doctor said I should get some physical therapy and he recommended Premier Physical Therapy as the best. The team of Eric, Marsha , Kim, Theresa and Kaitlyn were tremendous. They created a schedule of exercises to improve my core strength and support my back. Through several sessions of increasing intensity I was able to increase my strength and flexibility thus relieving the pressure on my back. I really appreciated the individual attention and friendly encouragement they gave me. I wish I had gone to them sooner. I now have a home exercise program that I can continue with and remain pain free.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been intensely involved in sports my whole life and still continue to maintain an active lifestyle. I am a 44 year old active duty military member which requires maintaining a healthy lifestyle and to stay in the best shape possible. To maintain this, I continue to play soccer, beach volleyball, tennis, golf, and bike pretty heavily. I believed my career, along with playing all those sports since childhood, had taken a toll on my back and knee due to the pain I was beginning to feel on a daily basis. In my 26 years of military service, I have always tried my best to steer clear of seeing the doctor or taking any kind of medication. That was until I started asking for Advil so often my fiance started pestering me to see the doctor. Finally, one day at work, the pain got so bad that a co-worker had to drive me over to see the doctor. After getting x-rays and finding out that there is nothing structurally wrong, my doctor suggested I see a physical therapist. I told him that I have had an experience with a physical therapist in the past and that it wouldn't do anything for me. I then spoke with my fiance who said she knew of someone who she believed would help me. I had been going through pain for a good amount of time and was pretty down thinking that I had run my course of sporting through life and now it was time to pay the pain-man. So I made an appointment with Premier as my fiance had suggested, of course with a lot of skepticism. But from the first time I went into Premier, I knew that this time was going to be different. Dr. Eric sat me down and went through all of my history and completely analyzed my back and knee to get to what exactly was causing my pain. The enthusiasm and confidence that he had about getting me back in the game without surgery or medication was exactly what I needed. The physical therapy experience I had in the past was simply "sit on this exercise bike for 15 minutes and we will be back to make sure you haven't passed out." Working with Dr. Eric and Dr. Marsha is more like having a personal professional sports trainer working with me one-on-one, something I thought only the rich professional athletes had access to. They ran me through many different exercises and workouts and were with me every step of the way, teaching me and giving me the encouragement that I needed. Not only did my back and knee feel better but my whole body felt better. They gave me the confidence and the tools that I needed in order for me to maintain my active lifestyle and get back in the game. I believe the reason my experience with Premiere is second to none is due to the fact that not only are they both Doctors of Physical Therapy but they are athletes that hold themselves to the highest standards of health and fitness. I am kind of sad that I don't have a reason to go back to Premier at this time but as active as I am, I am sure it will be sooner rather than later. Since my discharge, I have contacted Dr. Eric a couple of times with questions concerning my knee and he has been more than helpful sending me a plethora of information. I am grateful for everything they have done for me at Premier and with there knowledge and expertise, I am proud to say that I am still in the game.

They understand pain and the way therapy is structured is amazing. Maybe I would have been more enthusiastic about more PT if I had found them years ago.

Experiencia fantástica: I have participated in long distance running and triathlons for years. During a recent extensive home renovation project, I spent considerable time on my knees. This resulted in a very painful right knee that after six months would not heal regardless of the self help therapy that always seemed to work in the past. I was worried that it may have been a meniscus issue and that my running days were over. During my initial consultation at Premier I was told that it was very likely a soft tissue issue, and they were confident they could get me back running. After just three treatments I was able to start to run with significantly less pain. It has been three weeks now and I see daily improvement with no more limping. I highly recommend Premiere. The background and experience of Kim, Eric & Marsha is very extensive and impressive.

I spent two months working with Dr. Eric and Dr. Marsha and my pain went from a 9 to almost a 0. I have regained almost all of my strength and range of motion back. My appointments were always educational, interactive and fun. I've never wanted to spend an extended amount of time at any doctor's appointment until now. Premier Physical Therapy in Clearwater was recommended to me by a friend who had successful therapy there. Here I found a wonderful staff of Doctors of Physical Therapy. Yes, doctors not therapy assistants! I was happily assigned to Dr. Marsha Cholog. She thoroughly reviewed my surgery and tailored a program to my needs. I have had physical therapy several times in the past and find that Premier is unique in helping their clients heal and educating them so that improvement continues after you are released. The facility is beautiful and the camaraderie between the doctors and patients is great. You are at ease while performing your workout. They get results. I will also be going on a program to delay an additional knee replacement! Thank you so much for helping me heal. ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I am writing this review about Premier Physical Therapy. My passion is bodybuilding, and has been for over 25 years. Although, I have aches and pains as anyone else who exercises regularly, my wake up call came when I injured my lower back severely. My back pain was chronic and hampered my daily living not to mention putting a holt on my weight training at the gym. I have had some setbacks with my back but nothing like this. My wife told me about Premier PT and suggested that I come in and have a consolation. Feeling a little weird and prideful I started to visit Premier. Starting PT twice per week for a while and than I went to only once a week. They have really helped me achieve about 80 to 90 percent of recovery. I highly recommend them to anyone who could use help with injuries due to sports. Premier has given me the proper tools and knowledge to achieve a greater sense of awareness in my body and they have showed me how to strengthen muscles that I have neglected. Although, I still want to lift heavy weights and be back to my normal gym routine, I must remember what I have learned about proper form, strengthening weak core muscles and to have a proper warm up. At Premier PT they took the time to work with me and answer all of my questions. They have a great staff and interns who provide an excellent service.

I was in sad shape when I walked through their doors, but was greeted by caring staff the minute I came in. AND THEN I MET MARSHA! What an amazing experience! Her and her assistant were wonderful, explaining everything in detail about the Vertigo I was experiencing and how they would treat it. After the short treatment when I sat up on the table, I could immediately feel the difference....no more spinning! WHAT A RELIEF! I had a frustrating big toe pain the past year that would come and go not allowing me to perform activities as I’d like to. We worked on a whole bunch of awesome foot strengthening exercises in each session which helped a bunch.

Chris and Gina are two of the kindest people I got to work with since my car accident, and showed a lot of compassion during a difficult time. Chris has gone out of his way a year now since visiting Premier and help me out during a rough time/suggest options for returning for additional treatment, and I don't think you'll find that anywhere else.

I have experience working with a few PT practices and can say that the PTs at Premier Physical Therapy are among the best that I’ve worked with. I came in because I needed help treating my knee pain that was preventing me from running 8+mi in preparation for my full-distance Ironman. Upon my first consultation, I could tell that some of the staff had athletic backgrounds, which made me feel more comfortable trusting them to help me achieve my ambitious athletic goals. Dr. Gina was able to diagnose the issue and prescribe exercises to help me to correct the root cause of the pain. After two months of PT, I was able to finish the the race! Service: 5/5. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They are very easy to work with and clearly get along very well with all of the staff in the office. Overall: 5/5. Highly recommend! Experiencia fantástica: Where do I start? Everything from this experience with Gina and Premier Physical Therapy was amazing. The reception was also so kind from the first day I came in, to my final day of discharge! I came in about 2 months ago to help with some knee pain and come to find out it was a Mensicus sprain/slight tear. I was coming off my first half marathon leading into a training block for NYC Marathon so I was scared. Gina helped me get to top fitness in about 6-8 weeks. I went from barely able to run about 1 mile without pain to now I am back to running 10-12 mile long runs with no pain! They listen to you, explain everything thoroughly and really genuinely value your wellness and want to get you back to top shape! I will definitely be coming back and recommend them to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: A huge game changer for me was the day my yoga instructor suggested Premier Therapy & Sports for intervention for upper body weakness and shoulder pain which was limiting my progression in yoga - this owing to being new to yoga and from a biking injury. After the first physical therapy session, I was surprised at how weak the muscles in my upper body were. That was two months ago. My final physical therapy visit was last week, and, I am over-the-moon with the results. I have gained enough strength in my arms, shoulders and upper back to be able to enjoy and safely move through a yoga flow and look forward to the mat each day. Amazing, too, is the ease with which I can tolerate hours of yard work and carrying heavier items. Premier has only doctoral prepared physical therapists, and it shows. From the front entry to the therapy room, the setting is a happy place! Therapy is given with the most personalized attention to one's unique problem. I especially liked that I was able to have a part in my exercise regimen by asking questions and asking if there were alternatives when I thought the prescribed exercise(s) would be difficult to comply with at home. The instructions for home exercises have pictures and written instructional cues. A huge help. Thank you, Doctors, Hayes, Steve and Gina! After going to different PTs for nearly 2 months with little to show for it, I felt that I was just going to have to deal with nagging injuries forever. Thankfully, I decided to give it one more shot and visit Hays. Within 2 weeks I went from constant knee pain to downhill skiing out west. Great results, friendly and professional service.

They were very knowledgeable and professional. They were excellent leading me through the various exercises, which over several weeks, greatly improved my shoulder mobility. The exercises they printed out for home use, were clear and very beneficial. I still am using these exercises today to keep my shoulder strong, along with keeping my range of motion in good order. Experiencia fantástica: Went to Premier Physical Therapy for a back issue related to a change in my golf swing. Hays did a great job of identifying the issue and provided proper stretches to help reduce the pain. What I liked the most was Hays listened very well when I shared that if I didn't like the stretch I wouldn't do them so he made sure to provide a number of different stretches until I found the one I enjoyed doing. In additional sessions he showed some strength training exercises that would strengthen the area so the problem would be gone forever. After just a few weeks the pain is gone and I played four rounds of golf in four days without any pain. I will continue to incorporate the stretches and strength training into my regular workout routine so the problem never comes back. I highly recommend Hays and the team at Premier Physical Therapy for any issues and definitely for any golfer who needs help understanding their body better.

During the first meeting they found out the history of injury, what was recommended by referring doctor, and found out my specific goals on where I wanted to end up. Outlining this from the beginning set the scene for the program they developed for my rehab. Their attention to detail on proper form and constantly checking in on pain/discomfort made me always feel in good hands. They are open early (which worked great with my schedule) and have one on one appointments allowing time to discuss questions and concerns. I am very happy with my progression and feel better than ever!

One thing I truly appreciated is the individual attention to each client. Most places have 3 to 5 patients at a time and it’s crowded. I was there for over 2 months and never had more than 2 people. Experiencia fantástica: I am a 66 year old runner( I've been a runner for 40 years) who injured a hamstring while doing speed work. I tried to nurse myself back into running over a two month period with no success. A running friend suggested I contact Premier Physical Therapy in Clearwater, which I thankfully did. After 4 sessions of therapy, plus at-home exercises( which I have continued to do daily), I was able to return to running. I am happy to say that after 4 weeks post-therapy, I am back to my 35-40 mile weeks. I cannot recommended Premier highly enough. They know what they are doing!

Experiencia fantástica: After poor experiences with other PT's in the area I was thrilled to find Eric and the crew. They have helped with ankle, shoulder, back and knees. With their advice I was able to put off knee replacement for 9 years, continuing to ski, hike and bike. Today I graduated from PT for a total knee replacement five months ago. The therapy I have also received in the mountains of Colorado set the bar very high, and Premier is every bit as excellent!! I have told everyone I know that Premier is the best in the region!!
