Experiencia fantástica: Worth it. period. Highly recommended. Chris, and the wonderful people at Free Motion, helped in a way that deserves an accurate and sincere thank you. The level of pain that Chris, and the Free Motion team have resolved is.. life saving. Ok, how much pain at the start? couldn't sleep, couldn't think, couldn't work, etc. The pain in the shoulder and neck was so severe, it would induce vomit sometimes. Scale of 1-10: finding table in dark: 3-4, broken bones~5 or 6, a level 8/9 is screaming for death, and 10 is fatal... this pain was in that 8/9 region. It would cause sweating. It hurt, ... bad, constantly and 1200mg of whatever didn't do much. Within 2 weeks, 3x/wk, pain reduced ~50%. at 4wks, pain reduced ~90-95%. and now at about 5weeks (not counting hurricane), the pain is basically gone, but that's not all. Stability, leverage, strength are getting restored in the shoulder that hasn't been felt for a decade. At the start, tried all the things to help, ice/heat, relax, stretch, even 3 trips to chiropractors. nothing was helping. Was considering hospital visit. Something was severely wrong. Chris listened, tested, took observations, was honest and forthcoming in his approach and is a pleasure to just be around. He's a good guy. The staff are so pleasant and sincere in their want to help us get healed. I didn't want to buy into it all at first. Chris would ask, resist this way or that. He'd push on a spot and test again. ..Didn't want to believe this was the process at 1st. But honestly, even after the 1st visit, there was progress. So much can be said, all the staff that do the stretches and work out after the treatment, EVERYONE (worked now with 4 techs) is upbeat, smart, and enthusiastic about helping us. Had a massage with Joy and absolute wow. Planning to continue with Free Motion to work on old injuries besides the initiating pain point. Never really did much physical therapy in the past, just sort of sucked up the injuries and continue stepping. Really grateful for the treatment, and the connection. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I started coming here years ago after a major injury. I had been in a wheelchair and then on crutches for over a year. Rob (the owner) was literally a miracle worker. I had a lot of other problems with my body's mobility due to the sever injuries I had. At the time I started coming here it was just him. He was so successful he moved and now has multiple PTs and staff to assist with all the services offered here. The staff here are so wonderful! They take such pride in their jobs and anytime I have an injury or mobility problem I come here. My PT is now Chris and he is absolutely amazing! Most recently I had an injury to my elbow and was unable to extend it fully. He worked on the issue I was having as well as had Kacy work with me an stretches and exercises. I now have full mobility in my arm!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a stroke 6 months ago and the staff at Free Motion have been more than amazing. When i first arrived I was in a wheelchair and my body was like a wet noodle, no muscle strength to speak of. I can now walk with some assistance from a walking stick or walker. Each time I go back to Free Motion I leave with another step towards a healthy body.

After doing some preliminary exams and x-rays elsewhere, I decided, instead of going for further exams to see if I needed an operation, I would give Free Motion a shot. I was pleasantly surprised when my shoulder started getting better and could see my ability to move it more after each visit and given exercises. So glad I chose to do that. My shoulder did get better and it did not take long. I worked with Therapists Chris and Ross and the technicians and they were all helpful and patient. I am very grateful.

Rileigh has been working with me for Neubie and she is wonderful! She and all the other techs care about their patients and the patient experience. Experiencia fantástica: Rob is extremely knowledgeable and one of the most competent people I have ever met when it comes to the field of the human body and health, let alone just physical therapy. I have had autoimmune issues for years and things going on that have puzzled many practitioners I have seen and this can have a brutal effect on the body at times. In 30 minutes Rob will take me from a state of complete intolerance for light, sound and motion, ultimately debilitated, and bring me to the point where I am comfortable, stronger and functioning. It is a bit of a battle with my unusual circumstances and progress with autoimmunity is generally non-linear but the results he can help you achieve are indisputable and virtually miraculous.

Experiencia fantástica: Update since my last review, it has been a full year now since my husband’s accident and surgery and he has resumed life as usual. I did not think when we first started coming to Free Motion that my husband would have the same quality of life he did before his injury I was prepared for him to have limited motion in his arm and elbow. I am so grateful that he has restored the majority of his mobility in his arm and elbow. The reason I wanted to make this update is that we recently saw a friend that had a shoulder injury and subsequently had to have surgery around the same time as my husband and he unfortunately has not restored motion to his shoulder so it really made me happy and grateful that I pushed my husband to keep going to physical therapy. Thank you Ross and Nathan keep up the amazing work! 1 year ago….. I was referred by a friend after my husband had major surgery on his elbow to go to Free Motion. My husband was paired up with Ross and he really took the time to get to know my husbands case in particular and didn’t just rely on his education alone to help him get motion back into his arm. I am really grateful to him as a wife I was really worried since the doctor wasn’t really telling us very much so we were relying heavy on Ross to guide us in the right direction. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been trying for 2 years plus to walk more than 5 minutes without hip pain. Went to Dr. And said arthritis and given drugs. Went to many physical therapy places. No luck. Free Motion was recommended and in 5 weeks walking over an hour and no pain. No drugs. It’s great! Highly recommended. Wonderful staff. Thank you very much !

Experiencia negativa: My first visit was great, Britany was magnificent. She found that I was really weak and off balance all stemming from my right hip. She is amazing. I returned for a second appointment hoping that the new therapist would continue where Britany left off. Nope he argued with me about the treatment to my swollen ankle and didn’t even address the major issues that Britany had found. I even told him about it and he showed a complete lack of care or concern. The therapist was even talking casually with his assistants during my session. Like I wasn’t there. Not good.

Experiencia fantástica: I have a rotator cuff tear which has extremely limited the flexibility of my left arm. After doctor appointment and MRI, I was sent to a routine physical therapy company. After 6 weeks I saw very little result. After that I went to Free Morion. Within about 4 to 6 weeks I have almost full flexibility. This company is outstanding! I highly recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: A HUGE THANK YOU to Rob and the whole Free Motion Therapy team for helping me find the actual and simple answer to what I have been experiencing for 5 months!!!! 5 months ago I began to feel some abdominal discomfort. It felt deep in my abdomen, it was not constant and would move about, sometimes on my side, under the left rib cage, sometimes it felt like a back discomfort. I couldn’t pin point it. I decided to go see my Doctor. He ran tests and suggested we do a CT Scan of the abdomen. I waited serval weeks for the appointment while the discomfort increased and was pretty severe at times. I did the CT Scan & I was told they found a spot on my pancreas. They were not sure what it was, maybe a cyst but they asked for further study and to do an MRI. This was VERY concerning. Earliest MRI was 3 weeks out and all the while this condition was still there worsening & now the added stress of a mystery. I get the MRI and the results were 100% clear, the spot on the pancreas was a small bit of fat and nothing else. Yet I was still in a lot of discomfort. They recommended an Ultrasound of the abdomen to check the organs and to check for kidney stones. We did the ultrasound and 100% clear, all organs in great shape & totally healthy! I didn’t know what to do, I was still experiencing all this discomfort but had found no reason for it. I waited a few weeks to see if this would just pass but it didn’t. I went back to the Dr who now said we need to look at the lower Colon and do a Colonoscopy. Scheduled that out, did it and the results came back 100% healthy Colon with nothing going on. I was still in pain and discomfort and in confusion with no answers or handling. I felt very hopeless about figuring this out. I came to Free Motion Therapy to see Rob and in ONE appointment of seeing him there was RELIEF & ANSWERS. There was deep muscles in spasm affecting the diaphragm, ribs, breathing all sorts of body parts along the chain and radiating pain and discomfort through my abdomen. IMMEDIATE relief. I was soooooooo relieved to have an answer that made sense and a solution!!! After 3 appointments with Rob there is a definite change and it all makes sense!!! Thank you Rob for your knowledge and care and your entire team for the help they have given me. I am so grateful!!! With love, RB

Experiencia fantástica: Free Motion is INCREDIBLE! Rob is a wizard at handling issues with the body. When you indicate where your pain is, he finds the source of the pain. While you may think it's your neck that hurts, you find out that there is another location totally separate from your neck that is causing the neck to hurt. He handles your pain so well, and he gives you the stretches to do to get yourself to the point that you can prevent the problems from happening. If you actually follow the stretches and go to him the amount of times he says to come, IT REALLY WORKS! He has taken so much of my pain away in different areas of my body. I tore my hamstring once and it hurt so bad, he helped heal it without me having to do anything drastic! Not only Rob, but the whole the TEAM at Free Motion is amazing. They each have so much care and really want to make sure your body is ok. Thank you to everyone at Free Motion and I highly recommend them to EVERYONE!

I went in with chronic pain due to 2 bulging discs and many lingering issues from years of athletic activity without proper body work. My back is completely handled with no more compression and the discs back in place! I am becoming more stably pain free handling hips, glutes, etc. and am able to train harder with more comfort and stability of gains! Thank you guys!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had two previous shoulder surgeries that have always continued to cause me trouble, but my left shoulder especially. After my evaluation with Ross, I realized my ribs have been compensated due to my shoulder injuries which I never would have thought. After Ross working on my ribs for just 15 minutes, my shoulder already felt 10x better!!! I could actually resist Ross’s pressure against my shoulder at the end of my evaluation compared to being unable to resist his pressure before him working on my rib. Love this place 10/10!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I started coming here four years ago after I had tweaked a muscle out of place just before a ski trip and wasn’t able to walk. Rob fixed it right away and I was able to go on my trip! I’ve had various things worked on since that time related to posture, headaches, joint/muscle stiffness, things out of alignment, etc., each time I get immediate relief and feel significantly better. The staff are always friendly and provide excellent service!

Experiencia fantástica: I have seen several chiros in the past and I have been to several different masseuses in order to take care of some physical issues. Typically I have gotten relief each time, but always temporary with the situation relapsing. More recently I have gone in to see Rob and he has identified the underlying issues that have caused me to compensate with one set of muscles and thereby brought about a domino effect where I compensated in one place to then have to compensate elsewhere all resulting in various aches and pains. Rob has been addressing these and coupled with exercises that his team have given me I have strengthened some core muscles and my body is now almost full back to battery. They are a great team. Plus, their home exercise programs are targeted to handle the problem. You just have to do them! She was so insistent I go see Rob to get my ankle checked out I planned a trip out to see family and go “see this guy Rob”. Best decision I’ve ever made. The entire team is very knowledgeable when it comes to not only healing but improving the human body and its functions. It all goes so much beyond what you see in other places, and they handled what my chiropractor using nothing but chiropractic adjustments could not. At Free Motion they team takes a holistic approach to include whatever is needed in your program, be it mainstream/traditional treatment or alternative. Everything is absolutely tailor made to your needs! In my case I had adjustments, massages, cupping (helped increase blood flow to muscles), EMS (muscle stimulation), and exercise programs all according to what my body needed and adjusted regularly according to my progress. For me the scope of physical therapy wasn't even clear until I came to see Rob and his team. I arrived with only one minor complaint, no major accident or injuries in my past and so was utterly amazed how much they actually found and then helped me fix. Chris (my PT) is just amazing, he made sure I understood what we are doing and why. All their physical therapists do the same and they stay on top by regularly training on the latest knowledge & applications. The entire process was aimed for my body to get to the point where it doesn't rely on treatments, and we achieved just that! Follow up exercises with Joy, Emerson and Zach were also unbelievable and since I travel a lot I use those regularly. It is great to know what I can do on my own wherever I am, even without equipment, in order to keep my body in optimal condition. You guys rock and I definitely recommend the entire team to anyone with physical issues, injuries, complaints or just looking at improving their body in general!!!

I was orig very skeptical as I've had bad past experiences with physical therapists but my wife insisted to go which I'm so happy she did. Relatively quickly I noticed her carrying her body differently and she felt wins herself. It was truly amazing on how quickly we saw such huge changes. This was easy for her to convince me to go due to a severe shoulder and back issues which I KNEW I likely needed surgery on the shoulder because I tried everything else including stem cell treatments. To my shock (again) I felt immediate relief and over several months made major stable improvements - and not just in the areas I had attention but across the whole body. One visit and Rob fixed it! He put things back in place and like magic the next day the swell had totally disappeared, I was able to use my wrist and play music again. I was so happy and blown away! I came to FreeMotion and they handled it fairly quickly. The people there are all super nice and friendly. They play cool music there in the therapy area too :)

Experiencia fantástica: It would be really hard for me to describe the level of pain I was in prior to coming to Free Motion. For a month and a half I suffered with pain that began in my mid back and literally bounced around my body, including debilitating pain in my jaw that kept me from eating. As a person who HATES (yes hate ) and DISTRUST conventional medicine, I am more than glad to say that this place understands the body as a unit. If you deal with back pain, hip pain, neck pain, or headaches you should give this special place a try. They are magicians and I have to thank Rob again for creating such a special place! After about 8 weeks, my range of motion has improved tremendously and the pain is gone. I highly recommend this place

Experiencia fantástica: I've been to a lot of health and wellness places in my life. And though they were all very good, Free Motion Physical Therapy is far superior in their treatment process. They have a deeper understanding of the body, compared to what I have experienced with bother experts out there. Not to take away from the experts, but rather validate the advanced knowledge that Free Motion PT possesses. They have been able to help with the pain that comes with injuries and age, while constantly educating me on how I can avoid repeating or furthering the problem. They're not about fixing the current issue and sending you off to then have you come back in a few weeks/months later broken again so they can do the same thing over and over. They know (and now I do too) that each time that vicious cycle occurs, the body gets worse and opens us up to chronic conditions!! Their approach is about permanently fixing the situation by finding the less obvious CAUSE of the issue, and they take things further by enabling me to bring myself back (reverse things) to a more stable, pain-free, stronger me ... more like when I was in my 20s and 30s. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FREE MOTION PHYSICAL THERAPY

Experiencia fantástica: Got any physical problem or concern? Definitely come and see these guys!! The entire team is very knowledgeable when it comes to not only healing but improving the human body and its functions. It all goes so much beyond what you see in other places, and they handled what my chiropractor using nothing but chiropractic adjustments could not. At Free Motion they team takes a holistic approach to include whatever is needed in your program, be it mainstream/traditional treatment or alternative. Everything is absolutely tailor made to your needs! In my case I had adjustments, massages, cupping (helped increase blood flow to muscles), EMS (muscle stimulation), and exercise programs all according to what my body needed and adjusted regularly according to my progress. For me the scope of physical therapy wasn't even clear until I came to see Rob and his team. I arrived with only one minor complaint, no major accident or injuries in my past and so was utterly amazed how much they actually found and then helped me fix. Chris (my PT) is just amazing, he made sure I understood what we are doing and why. All their physical therapists do the same and they stay on top by regularly training on the latest knowledge & applications. The entire process was aimed for my body to get to the point where it doesn't rely on treatments, and we achieved just that! Follow up exercises with Joy, Emerson and Zach were also unbelievable and since I travel a lot I use those regularly. It is great to know what I can do on my own wherever I am, even without equipment, in order to keep my body in optimal condition. You guys rock and I definitely recommend the entire team to anyone with physical issues, injuries, complaints or just looking at improving their body in general!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This clinic is so welcoming. As soon as you walk through the door, your immediately attended to and taken care of. The overall atmosphere is fun and unlike any rehab clinic I’ve been to. I’ve had a hip flexor strain that I’ve been dealing with for a few years now; since getting looked at by Free Motion, I’ve made so much progression than I ever have in the past.

I went to a Ciro and that made it even worse - BRUTAL!!!! I was on pain killers and was lost as to what to do or where to go. After a month of seeing other practitioners with no success and or improvement, I walked into Free Motion and met Rob Collewijn. From his first assessment he knew exactly what was needed and I got relieve from the very first treatment. He then wrote me up a treatment plan to follow and before long, I was back training and living an active life. I have had long term back & hip pain from an old injury that has led me to try many therapists & chiropractors over the years, but until meeting Rob I was unable to truly alleviate my pain & actually have hope of getting my condition handled. Experiencia fantástica: Words cannot even express the extreme gratitude I have for Rob and his team at Free Motion Clinic. The first time I came in I was referred by a friend of mine who told me he had had tremendous recovery from a major injury he had. (The word of mouth should be an indication of how well they treat their clients) But, because I had already tried numerous therapies, chiropractors etc., in the past, I was a bit skeptical. However, I was truly at my wits end after a grueling night of extreme pain. I had injured myself and could not even move my body from the waist down without debilitating pain. My husband and son had to literally pick me up out of bed, get me into the car and carry my into the clinic as I could not walk. My only hope was to have some of the pain alleviated but I wasn’t expecting much more than that. Not even pain medication was working. Within 40 min of Rob working on me I WALKED OUT OF THE CLINIC UNASSISTED AND WITHOUT PAIN! I was in tears of happiness at the end because of the relief I experienced! And to top it off they even set me up with a recovery program to assist in my continued recovery to help make sure an injury like I experienced would be less likely to happen in the future. Rob and his staff are top notch and I highly recommend them. I will not go anywhere but here if and when needed. ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I looove free motion! They have helped me SO MUCH! I came to them because I had a lot of chest pain, my spine hurt constantly and my foot was in extreme pain. I saw Rob and Ross and we found out I had quite a few ribs out of place which were put back in place, my spine was out of place which was also handled and they got me custom made inserts for my shoes which has handled all the pain on my foot and leg. I come here constantly and I absolutely love the staff, Ross, Emerson, Joy, Julian, Paige, Alejandra they’re all amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is very unique! They have solutions to most pains and movement inabilities. I have two bulging discs so I get inflammation in my back faster than others. I don’t know how many times I went there with a locked back or rib and just in pain from overly strenuous exercise, not being able to move properly or continue with my day... guys working here are so knowledgeable and were able to find the issue, align me and put everything back in place. After just one ssn the pain would decrease and inflammation would go down faster. Because of Free Motion I am able to move freely, be active, exercise on regular basis and know that the guys at Free Motion are here for me!

Experiencia fantástica: When I first came in to see Rob, I was barely able to walk from a sports injury. I didn’t even know what I did. Rob easily discovered what the issues were and we began handling them through hands on PT, treatment protocols and eventually stretching and exercises. Now I’m back to running and exercising again. If it wasn’t for Free Motion, I don’t know what I’d be doing today. I tell anyone I know, if they’re suffering with some sort of physical thing, Go to Free Motion. Experiencia fantástica: I was experiencing lower back aches for several years. All chiropractors I went to did temporary fixes but to no permanent avail. I was recommended Free Motion Therapy by a friend and started the treatment. The treatment included several sessions as well as at-home exercises to strengthen the muscles. After 1 month, all the aches and pains I had been experiencing for a while were 100% gone. I continued a maintenance program with Free Motion to keep my muscles strong. I have to say that this is the ONLY treatment I believe in. Nothing else actually permanently works. I would highly recommend this team to anyone and everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: As an athlete and basketball player I am no stranger to injury. I came into Free Motion after rolling my ankle pretty bad at a game and needed fast recovery. My mom who had her own success with the clinic brought me here and I was surprised at how fast they were able to get me back up and playing. After that I knew they were the only place to go in town if you wanted results. I later came in with pain on my side having a rib dislocated. They took care of me and are so knowledgeable about the body. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
