The therapists are not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive, tailoring each session to meet my specific needs. I went to Fyzical 8 months post spine surgery, due to my inability to retrain my core muscle groups properly. I was experiencing extreme pain, discomfort and weakness’s in my lower back and high glute area, after 8 months of trying to overcome this on my own at the local gym. Fyzical gave me solid results and relief within only a half dozen visits! The environment is welcoming and clean, which made every visit a pleasure. What really sets this place apart is their approach to holistic care. They focus not just on the physical aspects of therapy but also on balance, which has significantly improved my overall mobility and quality of life. My therapists were exceptional. They explained each exercise thoroughly, ensuring I understood how each movement contributed to my recovery. The progress I've made under their guidance has been nothing short of miraculous. Experiencia fantástica: Levon and Jina have been absolutely fabulous for my recovery from ankle reconstruction surgery May 2023. I wish I had them when I first began PT last year with another company. They are both skilled, knowledgeable, creative, and have been able to work with/around my existing issues by adapting various alternative exercises to help me. I would highly recommend them. Unfortunately, both will not be here after March. I am hoping your other PTs work as well as they did.

Experiencia negativa: Very very rude receptionist. I don't know how they retain customers with such a horrible and rude receptionist. She continually interupts what you are saying, no manners what so ever. She needs to learn a little southern charm, hospitality and manners. She has no clue what customer service is. I will never go there.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about this office! The office is well run, considerate of their patients’ time and also very clean. The physical therapists (Carly and Ted) are professional, knowledgeable, personable and always wanting to educate me on the proper way to do the exercises correctly. They stress that education is the key for me to maintain a better back between visits and also after completing my therapy. It’s work when I’m there for an hour but I leave there knowing that they have my best interests at hand. I’ve been going there for 5 weeks now and feel like I have a new lease on life! Experiencia negativa: Very, very, rude receptionist (at the Sunset Pointe location). I first, incorrectly, called the Seminole location and spoke to a very nice person who explained, based on where I lived, that I needed to call a different location. So I called the Sunset Pointe location and it was night and day, from a pleasant person to a very rude one. I first asked if they taking new patients and if she was able to tell when the next available appointment was. She sad yes, they were taking new patients but then asked for my insurance information. I politely explained that I needed to know their availability before I provided all of my personal info - I needed the soonest appointment but if that was weeks away I had to look elsewhere. She just became rude after that point, asked "do you know your insurance info. So what is your deductible? Well if you don't know that just give me your insurance info so I could look it up" I gave her the info then she started explaining what my deductible and co-insurance was. So again, I asked about appointment availability then she proceeded to say things like "I bet you're one of those people at the grocery store that goes rah rah, hurry up. rah rah". She finally gave me an appointment time then ends the call with saying "don't expect to get whatever appointment time you want. It's what we have available, you can't always get what suits you". Good grief, how incredibly unprofessional could this person possibly be? The therapists are probably great but this lady has completely turned me off from ever going to his location. Horrible!

Experiencia fantástica: Yelcin is an exceptionally knowledgeable and compassionate therapist who is truly interested in healing. I first visited him for shoulder recovery but he realized a lot of the pain was originating from my neck and started treating me accordingly. My neck now feels better than it has in 30 years. I had no idea the pain in my shoulders and back stemmed from something that wasn't previously being treated. I'm sleeping better, no pain throughout the day and once my shoulder is healed, looking forward to conquering handstands in yoga again. Thank you Yelcin!

Experiencia fantástica: Following a total ankle replacement I scheduled 12 physical therapy sessions with Ekren Physical Therapy Services at the Seminole location with Dr Richman. I began these therapy sessions after the required two months of surgery recovery following my surgeon’s instructions. Dr. Richman and other therapists at that location were truly outstanding in providing me with expert care and understanding of my situation. They performed message therapy on my ankle to loosen up my ankle followed by a series of exercises to help me regain flexibility in my ankle. I could not have progressed as quickly without their expertise. My surgeon saw me after the therapy sessions and was very impressed with the gains I have made in such a short time. I will continue to do exercises at home and intend to go back to Ekren when I return to the area following a trip out of town over the holidays. I can’t recommend Ekren enough for patients who need physical therapy for accidents, arthritis or surgery.

Experiencia negativa: Very, poor care. Back condition made worse. Treated by PA assistant on 2-12-19 who had a fiduciary responsibility to tell me he is a Physical Therapy Assistant. I have had 2 failed back surgeries in 2017 and 2018. Departed office with a pain level of 20 on 2-12-19 and a severe numb left leg. Office notes inaccurate. Run do not walk from this practice. Horrific! I suggest all patients read the PT records this practice maintains on patients as mine were incorrect and I have a medical background. Patient beware! I have a medical background and am able to reassure you this place is bad news. Met an elderly man and his wife at this location who stated this PT office had also made him worse! As of today 12-14-19 my pain level is still a level 20 in my back after the non supervised Physical Therapy Assistant damaged my back! Unconscionable! He was not supervised as Florida Law mandates Physical Therapy Assistants must be.

Experiencia fantástica: A top notch physical therapy facility. Yalcin helped me on more than one occasion avoiding surgery with an extensive rehab program on my knee, shoulder and hamstrings. I would highly recommend his services and his advice. If you don't put in the work then you will not see success! I also wouldn't believe everything you read below in the comments.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love this place. Had shoulder surgery in September just before coming to Florida for the Winter. Started attending physio here at the 6-week mark of my recovery period and within 2 months of physio at Ekron, I was back out on the golf course which was 2 months earlier than expected. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Would definitely recommend their service to others in need. Thank you for giving me back my arm.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely LOVE this place! Not sure what the person who reviewed this before me was talking about but it is NOT true. I had a knee replacement and have been going to Ekren since November 2018. They are a family owned business and have done an excellent job getting me back up and moving again. They always listen to how I am feeling and choose exercises and therapy that fit my personal needs. They have given me exercises for home and work that are perfect for my lifestyle. Carly is the best and is always genuinely concerned with how I am doing and my recovery. Therapy is hard and it hurts, there is no getting around that, but you cannot go wrong with this place. They really care about their patients and treat you like family. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: November 1, 2017...Rotator cuff surgery. My experience with Ekren Physical Therapy has been wonderful. Of course, I started out with pain and limited range of motion. The Physical Therapists and Assistants were professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough! My gradual progress has given me back good range of motion, strength and the desire to improve even more. Experiencia fantástica: My husband, Dean, had been suffering with vertigo. He had been to the VA and to his regular PCP for treatment. The doctor had prescribed medication that was to work in a week or two. It didn't seem to be helping at all. We were totally amazed that after ONE treatment the vertigo was gone. Thanks to Filiz Ekren who worked her magic. This is definitely the place to go if you need treatment for vertigo. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Experiencia negativa: Stay away from this facility at all costs. The woman in charge completely disregarded my doctor's advice and went about an overly aggressive program of therapy that left my wrist permanently deformed. After surgery my doctors had said I should not be lifting anything heavier than a half a pound. She knew this, yet manipulated my wrist with tremendous pressure repeatedly. Every doctor who has examined my wrist since, says this was the wrong therapy. I wasn't in a position to sue her at the time, but I certainly hope she loses her practice.
