Experiencia positiva: It’s a clean environment with lots of machines and great health providers. The only cons: • No automatic doors. This is vital, in my opinion, for a place that works with people that are rehabilitating from injuries. I think the entrances are still technically ADA compliant (32” clearance) but not as accessible as they could be. • We asked for paperwork to be done for a medical leave of absence. They took over two weeks to complete it. We brought it up multiple times and each time were told “we’ve now put it in the pile.” The paperwork was also incomplete when submitted (on the last day of it being due) and we weren’t told that or asked any questions about it. We didn’t find out until the leave of absence was denied. We thankfully were able to get an extension on the paperwork, but that was still unnecessary stress.
