Experiencia positiva: I had an EMG test with Dr. Bushman, who was very pleasant and explained the process well. The process was not explained beforehand though, when the appointment reminder call was made. It would have been nice to know what to expect prior to the appointment. Also, the front desk receptionist was short and rude, she called me at 2:45pm exactly to ask when I would be coming (for my 3:00pm appointment) and I let her know I was walking into the building. She acted as if I was late and was an inconvenience, which I did not appreciate. Other than that, I would recommend this practice as I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Bushman and his MA (who I did not catch her name).

Experiencia fantástica: I was seen promptly. Th office staff were very friendly and helpful. I saw Mike Parsons and he took a lot f time to talk to me and explain the MRI and X-rays. We discussed a plan for next steps. I am really glad I went to their office.

Experiencia fantástica: My visit was very interesting since I didn't have a clue about what to expect for my tests to see why my hands fall asleep all the time There were two parts to the exam, the first of which was to send mild electric shocks of varying degrees through my hands and arms. The second used acupuncture needles to find nerves inside my hands and arms and test them electronically somehow. Neither was comfortable, but they were not intolerable either. Both parts of the exam were surprises. I think I would liked to know what to expect. Dr. Anderson was personable and obviously knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions and told me he was sorry when it hurt. The results of the exam were also surprising as they were not what I expected, but Dr. Anderson was good to explain what they meant and what my options were. Overall, my questions were answered and I learned a lot about carpel tunnel and how it is diagnosed and treated. I wish I could give 4 1/2 stars because I wasn't informed about what to expect before arriving, but I will give East Falls Sport and Spine and Dr, Anderson the benefit of the doubt with a 5 star review.

Experiencia fantástica: Been to several offices to be seem for my sciatica pain I had on my left side. The first doctor I went to told me I had a trigger point pain and sent me to physical therapy. Keep in mind I was bed bound at the time. After 3 doctors later I got an appointment with his colleague and he stepped in to have a look at my MRI results. He said I could just tell from the way you were walking it was a herniated disc. The very next day I was in to get a epidural injection on my back. He sent me to a surgeon by the following week and I got surgery to correct the issue. Fast forward today, I went in last week stating that I felt like I was having an issue with sciatica again and wanted imagining to double check. Once again he scheduled me for the next day. He called me over the phone to discuss the results of the MRI. Dr. Parsons has been the best doctor and the most knowledgeable about back issues I've seen in town. He listens to his patients and if you have issues he will honestly take care of him. Dont listen to the previous persons review read his other reviews of the other office he went to and I bet he wishes he never left Mike.
