Experiencia fantástica: Kid friendly. Best Drs for kids.. My kids love coming here. Good Dr's they are very informative and on it. They seem to know more. They make them balloons out of gloves and draw faces on them and spoil them with candy. They also draw blood and take x Rays for you so you don't have to drive to other places. I rather come here then wait for his ped Dr's.

Experiencia fantástica: Super busy, but still efficient. Greeted right away by reception, masks available, watched nursing staff take care of patients bringing them back, even carried her purse. Nice to see “true health care” rather than standing there annoyed because someone takes too long. Good job ????????

Experiencia positiva: The urgent care itself if great. The doctors and nurses are wonderful and caring. One of the best urgent cares in the Valley. The billing dept on the other hand is a joke and horrible to work with. I pay a copay then I don’t end up having one and it is hell trying to get a hold of someone to get your money back. When it states they will get a hold of you by the next business day it is false. You trying calling multiple times daily and nothing. If you go here I suggest ask them to bill your insurance first and bill you later. It’s crazy how if you owe them they want your money right now but if they owe you they do everything in their power not to return calls or refund you your money. Makes me not want to go to any place that deals with Desert Oasis because of their incompetent billing department.

Experiencia fantástica: I received the best care from all staff today, fabulous, friendly and caring visit to urgent care at Indio office From receptionist to MA doing vitals and Dr. DLUGOS and his nurse that gave the injections. YOU ARE THE BEST TEAM! Thank you and God bless you all.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been here at least 4 times and each experience has been as pleasant as it can be when you going through the health issues your here for. The staff really works hard to address your needs and the doctors and nurses are very attentive. I 100% recommend this place
