Experiencia fantástica: We are snowbirds so it is great to have quick access to non- emergent medical care. I took my wife here today. She scheduled her appt online. Wait was minimal, diagnosis was quick and prescription called in promptly. Staff and provider were very nice and supportive . Will definitely use this facility again if needed. Looks new and is very clean.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience. I am new to CA. I had an eye irritation I wanted looked at. I found the office through a Google search. I got an appointment easily and saw the Dr. in a short amount of time. A prescription for eye drops was sent to a nearby pharmacy and I was all set. Very pleased with the clean friendly well run office.

Experiencia fantástica: Carbon Medical in North Indio is a great asset to the community, delivering great health care. It’s super clean and the doctor and staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. They addressed my medical issue promptly and I was on my way in less than a half hour. I highly recommend this medical facility and I’m happy I found them!

Experiencia fantástica: Had an urgent, sudden need for stitches, unfortunately. I really contemplated doing it myself, I absolutely despise medical facilities of all kinds. I decided I better go and not regret later. Starting the receptionist, so helpful, kind, professional and knowledgeable. I was called back immediately, didn't even sit down after registering and paying. The medical assistants were both unbelievably kind, patient, knowledgeable, I can't say enough good about both of them. They were both definitely competent and made me feel super at ease. I tend to talk A LOT when I am anxious and they engaged in my yammering. The PA was just as awesome! She was very delicate and very thoughtful of my pain and comfort. I was SHOCKED!!! I can not recommend this particular group of providers enough. This was an hour ago, so we shall see how the actual company, billing, etc is. Hopefully, just as good as the wonderful people I encountered this morning. 5 star team, absolutely!
