Experiencia negativa: Waste of time and waste of insurance money . Initially when you come to this office they appear to be fully concerned about providing “the best” treatment and getting your health back together but after going here for several months I noticed a dry and uninterested staff each time I arrive . They hurry to put you in a room just so they can go back to playing on their cell phones and gossiping amongst each other in their native language . The Dr is just as bad she’s only their for the insurance check and has no real intention with helping you feel better . She spends maybe 5 mins in the room asking generic questions and then says you’re all set to go . Smh They may ask you what’s wrong or how is your pain level but they’re not actually listening to understand or help alleviate your pain . It’s literally to waste your time. I watch them whisper and mock patients when they think no ones looking or listening . I can go on but I’ve made my point clear . I’ve had way better chiropractic care and ultimately regret wasting my time here .

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here genuinely care about there patient.. After my accident I was extremely depressed with damage done to my neck and back. The staff here explored every option for me.They went the extra mile. Explaining everything to me.making sure I understood the whole process and all options. Today ,I cried tears off joy, after experiencing a month of sleepless night due to pain, Only a month later the relief was so amazing that I cried in the car. You guys are a blessing and I’m grateful to have you guys behind me. I would recommend them to anybody experiencing pain and feeling lost as far as relief. Much love

Experiencia fantástica: The team at Hess in Clearwater is top notch! They are all courteous, gentle, and thorough. They explain therapies with excellent details. After 3 days of treatment, I feel better each time, like I am on the mend. When I’m there, it feels more like a spa than a medical center! However, they are conscious of your finances and find a happy balance in your plan of care that gets you feeling better as soon as possible without going over your insurance limits. I am so happy I was referred to Hess Spinal and Medical Center!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Jose is the absolute best his bed side Manner and explanation of my problems. I wish he didn't rotate around but stayed there.. The chiropractor awesome n amazing he gives natural alternatives they are not just trying to pump u full of medicines that have long term side effects actually trying to help your body heal from the trama. Healthy and for a lifetime. Hess on Hercules great people friendly helpful. This is a great team to help you in your time of need Thank you!!!
