Experiencia fantástica: An overall good experience. Able to easily set up appointment online using MyChart. Received courtesy reminders of upcoming appointment along with preparation reminders. Plenty of parking and ease of finding medical facility. Check in was simple and appointment started on time. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Results of test was shared within a few days on MyChart. Only negative is receiving a bill for preventive procedure and had to contact Billing Department to resubmit to insurance.
Experiencia fantástica: I had a very good experience. Debbie Schneider is always pleasant and answers all of my questions,Debbie is very knowledgeable and I have great confidence in her. The staff is always very very accommodating and everything went well.
