Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough good things about the entire staff. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They are very organized, prompt, and professional. Clinical and clerical side both are so kind and sweet. It's easy to get an appointment and wait times are not long. In the event of a same day appointment they can be a little longer but that's normal as they squeeze you in when needed. I've never had a bad experience here.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful group here, so comfortable and caring! Dr. Foster was so helpful and so patient to ensure she heard all my concerns. I actually stood up first to leave and I do not recall another time in my life when I can say that. She had a full caseload and yet still devoted so much attention to my health. The entire experience was so efficient I had a hard time believing it. Best medical experience I have had in years! I cannot recommend enough and feel so blessed to have found this group and be under their care!

Experiencia fantástica: This OBGYN office has the best system when seeing patients. I never have to wait longer than 10-15 minutes for my appointment. Each provider works in their own alcove, and each provider has their own nurse. This is my first pregnancy and I have felt so comfortable the whole time. They are all amazing providers! I am thankful to be able to have this type of care right here in Johnson City.

Experiencia fantástica: I have seen Vanessa Ailey for many years and also moved further from this office. I will drive an hour to see her every time. She has always treated me like a family member, will always sit and listen to any concerns or questions I have without rushing me out the door. When I have a concern and leave a message for them, her or her nurse will call me back in acceptable time period. I will choose her forever! One of the best bed side manner doctors I have ever had the pleasure of calling a friend.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently established care with Holly Falin and was extremely pleased with my experience. The office staff and nurse were kind and immediately put me at ease. I found Holly to be empathic, knowledgeable and very thorough in her evaluation. She showed interest in my needs and attention to my concerns. Highly recommend!
