Ten PT sessions at his office let him evaluate my shoulder after surgery & some other sore spots. John is coaching me via the Ever Fit app. I am doing moderate weight training at a local gym. My experience is stronger muscles support my joints better and I am more comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: In Motion Physical Therapy was exactly what I needed! 8 years ago I had shoulder surgery and after that long recovery I had no issues. Recently my shoulder pain became so severe I was afraid something major was wrong and would require another surgery. This pain prevented me from doing all my normal activities: swimming, cycling, running, strength training, and even daily tasks and work. I’ve had wonderful experiences with physical therapists I’ve worked with in the past, but decided to search online and look for a more athlete based/whole body approach. John was exactly that! My initial visit John was extremely thorough and diagnosed my issue. He gave me simple exercises that made a huge impact. Within days my pain was drastically improved. Later sessions continued to build on strengthening those areas and even addressing other problem areas. By the end of my sessions with John I was no longer in pain from my shoulder and working towards strengthening my entire body, even weaknesses I was unaware of. John was attentive to my concerns, extremely knowledgeable, understood the importance of an active lifestyle, and never made me feel insecure about my issues.
