Experiencia fantástica: I honestly had no quality of life before coming to PT. I started working with Hannah back in July 2024. I have herniated discs, which caused me extreme pain every time I tried to walk. I couldn’t walk more than a 30 seconds and I had to sit down. 17 visits later, I can walk my dog for over 20 minutes, I can enjoy outings with my friends and be able to walk without being in extreme pain. I have great quality of life! Im not 100% perfect, however , after working with Hannah I have amazing mobility. Extremely grateful that I was pushed out of my comfort zone, I put in the work and I feel good! This is not just like regular Physical Therapy..it’s hard work, they really zone in on your issues, and push you to be great! They really care about your wellbeing and helping you with your goals! Experiencia fantástica: I had a life changing accident 7 months ago. This accident resulted in the amputation of my right arm. As a result of my accident i lost considerable muscle mass on the right side of my body. The nerves on that side were also compromised. Needless to say I couldn't find just any therapist. My wife called OPPT and the receptionist Jerry answered. I could tell by my wife's conversation this was the place. Jerry made my wife smile. This is very important when dealing with a catastrophe. My therapist was Hannah. She takes her craft seriously. I'm pretty sure I was her biggest challenge to date. My chest and back were sunken and now they are functioning again. My nerves are firing and I have regained most of the range of motion in my shoulder. I'm never going to physically be what I once was. The Lord gives you angels to get you on your way. Experiencia fantástica: When I arrived I was in tremendous pain, couldn’t stand, sit or walk normally. I couldn’t do anything other than lie on my back for more than 15 minutes at a time without intensifying pain. Hannah listened to my concerns and did an extensive evaluation with me. Subsequently an MRI showed that I had 2 herniated discs and some other areas of degeneration of the spine. Within 2 weeks of treatment I started to feel better, and stronger. The results continued steadily with each visit. I feel as if a miracle has been performed. She knows what she’s doing. She listens. From the first day speaking with Gerry who manages the administrative functions to my actual rehab experience, first with Ray, a huge Baltimore Orioles Fan, to Hannah, I was treated with respect and empathy. Everyone worked with me to make it easier on my schedule when possible for appointments, always on time, always willing to push me when needed, but listened to me very carefully when I felt pain and adjusted accordingly. I would not be where I am today 16 weeks post-surgery in my recovery without the excellent physical therapy care I received from Jacob. Experiencia fantástica: 5 Stars ✨Yes! I did have a positive experience from my PT sessions at the OPPT Bayside, Clearwater establishment. My objectives. Strengthen all muscle tissue that affect the motion of the knee. Improve on entire leg stability. Eliminate any discomfort being experienced pre-PT sessions. The persons that I got to interact with were all great and in truth a cohesive team from day 1. My first contact by phone and on arrival at the PT gym for each session was Monisha Flanigan. Even over the worn mask she spoke on phone and in face-to-face dialogue with patients/clients, with a friendly demeanor. Yes. she radiated a welcoming atmosphere with alacrity. Jeremy Fingers the Physical Therapist, had the task of setting up a progress plan while continuously uses his experience in the PT field by first getting to listen from the patient/client on what the individual concerns are and as a habit; would ask “How are you feeling?” This as a follow up of the last PT session and the encouraged home PT activities given to the patient/client. From this feedback the session activities would readily be adjusted to address any raised concerns while maintaining focus on the main objectives. Magally also a physical therapist, was at the establishment for a set period. She assisted in sessions with multiple clients. She did have me engage in several PT activities that I would not have thought of. Yet with trepidation I was glad and impressed that muscles that I never felt before were consciously being activated. Huh! . While recognizing my physical limitations as mentioned on arrival pre-session. Magally did come up with activities that lessen strain on the limb/joint but still stimulate the intended muscles. She also took time to mention which areas of the body are to be activated by the chosen exercise. On the completion of my programmed session times, I did gain in that {i} the muscles supporting my knee were now strengthened. {ii} the muscle atrophy from my weird instinctively forced gait is now in reverse. {iii} the medial meniscus discomfort is abated. {iv} I was introduced to activities designed to address a secondary concern the Achilles tendon. From my observation of this team that I interacted with and the other physical therapists in the room that I did not interact with. Being in this professional yet casual, controlled PT environment is worth the while in encouraging and producing positive results in one’s advancement to recovery. Indeed, I do recommend this OPPT Bayside, Clearwater establishment to those in need. Thank You.

Following home PT I was following a self guided home program, because my husband was concerned about in person PT due to Covid 19. I was not making progress and decided to check out OPPT Bayside and was assured by Wanda, the office manager, that they followed strict Covid procedures. I am so glad I decided to give them a try. Jeremy Finger was the right therapist for me. He asked questions, listened, and developed a plan that has me feeling strong again. He was able to identify areas were I was especially weak and Jeremy encouraged me to push through things that I didn’t think that I could do. I liked his demeanor. He was very reassuring, and motivating and each week I got stronger. Thanks to Jeremy I have the courage to pursue another knee replacement, and will return to have him help me recover. Experiencia fantástica: I My PT, Jan, and the entire staff were always professional and very helpful. I always felt safe and cared for. My physical problem was corrected and I am now pain free. Jan also gave me home exercises to keep the problem under control. I would recommend Jan and OPPT to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I showed up broken and unable to run. Over-training and a new job had wreaked havoc on my hip flexors. Jan put me to work strengthening my glutes and supporting muscles to relieve tension on my strained hip flexors and, by the end of 4 wks, he had me running again. Jan has changed the way I train my body for long races, making sure I'm paying attention to the muscles that support good running form, not just the muscles activated by running. Always welcoming, always supportive, Jan and Wanda made my bi-weekly visits to PT a pleasure.

My doctor recommended the office but I was hesitant to go because my past experiences with Other OT groups was not good. Experiencia fantástica: When looking for a physical therapist I just used my health insurance website. OPPT was close to me so I called, I'm so glad I did! This facility is very clean and comfortable. From my initial phone call with receptionist Wanda and my 1st meeting and consultaion with Danielle my therapist I felt more like a friend then a patient. Danille is very knowledgable in what I needed to do to make my body heal and get strong again. Thank you Danielle and Wanda for a great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I came to PT with a preconceived notion that it would be torture. My wife referred me to Danielle and said that she was amazing. After a couple weeks of working with her I have recovered most of my range of motion. Staff if wonderful, respectful, very friendly and engaging. They are also really fun! Hahaha ! I have been seen by more then one team member and both had me very comfortable. Not only has my experience seeking full recovery turn to be very enjoyable; it will also become something that will make you have the “ I can’t wait to attend to my next visit feeling.”!The fact that OPPT generally cares about their patients and wants you to have a quick recover overwhelms me in a good way. After having neck surgery, I was very worried to do anything that could possibly hurt my neck. Prior to OPPT, I was driving 45 minutes away for my physical therapy. I was very skeptical to try a new place, but I am so glad I did. From the very first appointment, Physical Therapist Danielle Rodgers was very informative and thorough. Danielle took the time to listen to my concerns, physical needs and limits. With each visit Danielle is helping me get stronger and comfortable. I have no doubt that with her help, I will be pain free in no time. Danielle is so nice and sweet, makes each session go by so quickly. Wanda, the practice manager is so delightful. She is always willing to help with anything. Wanda cares about all OPPT clients and has their best interest at heart. She is always smiling as patients walk in through the door. Wanda makes everyone feel welcome. Many times I listen to her telling her patients “Please let me know if there is anything I can help with” and I know that she actually means it. Danielle, PT, DPT, CBIS is a knowledgeable, caring PT, as well as, provides a great healing, comfortable, and professional environment. She answers all questions in a way that educates me about my ankle. I am very pleased with my results and I am feeling better!! Thank you so much for getting me back on track with exercising, too!! Also, Wanda (Bus. Manager) always greets you with a smile upon arrival and is informative with insurance/billing/scheduling questions. Oh, what a blessing to have found OPPT! :)

And, Danielle Rodgers is the best PT I have ever worked with. She specializes in neurological issues and has really taken the time to customize my therapy to my unique needs!
