Luxe Rehabilitation Center at Jupiter

Experiencia positiva: Mother in law arrived at Approx 5:20pm. We were asked if she needed a tray on the way into 224. Was told that the kitchen would bring a diabetic meal. By 8pm nothing arrived. 7:30 her sugar was taken and she should have eaten already. I am not happy with the policy to give insulin over 200. At home it’s diff from our doctor. We cant get a Walker until rehab Evaluates in the morning. How shall she get to the bathroom. Call the one aide on duty tonight. Silly We changed mother in laws room to as her room was not ready clean and bed didn’t work from what we were told. I guess some rooms get flowers and a robe on the wall hanging. My room didn’t even have a remote. The tv was blaring and it took about 1/2 hour for someone to listen to me that we needed it turned off. I hope therapy is great and we get home quickly. My mother in-law gets nebulizer treatment every 4 hours. The nurse said they first have to order medication. Maybe she will get it in the morning. Exciting. What about her night medication. We were offered Tylenol instead of six pills. Doesn’t this seem unorganized for incoming pt not to have important medication. I do have a positive comment, Anita at the front desk is very customer friendly and made me feel comfortable prior to leaving. I will keep you updated.

Experiencia fantástica: My father has been to two other short term facilities over the last 4 month and the Luxe in Jupiter is by far the best. From the administration to the nursing care it is top notch. The care team calls me and keeps me updated. My father has told me he really likes it and you can tell he is happy. You can really tell they care. I wish they had space in their long term care as I would love for him to remain at this facility. My father has now been here for 3 months and is getting ready to move to long term care. The staff is wonderful and always friendly. They take great care of him and can not be more pleased.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently helped select this facility for my sister’s mother in law and we are really happy with the overall experience. Not only is the facility beautiful and luxurious, from the very beginning, the administrator, Hamad, personally ensured that our first impressions were wonderful as well. He’s actually the reason that we chose this facility for our family because he was so personable, shared his direct phone number, offered to answer any questions that we had. It’s nice to see that management pays attention and goes above and beyond. My sister and her husband visit frequently and they shared how they love that everyone is attentive, and the physical therapy team has made a lot of progress with her too! I’ve been to other nursing homes too for other friends and family members, and this one is truly a gem!
