Experiencia fantástica: I consulted with Dr. Spector pre-rotator cuff surgery when I rented a post-surgery ice machine jacket from him. I was surprised when he advised me about the importance of diet during recovery. I followed his advice to abstain from all sugar during recovery and to ice continuously using his most advanced machine which you simply plug in; you don’t need to add ice. I had absolutely no pain or swelling post op after major rotator cuff surgery which involved three detached cuff muscles and a bicep. I highly recommend Dr. Spector.

Experiencia fantástica: Many years ago I needed pt after a hip replacement (I was in my 20s at the time, so my situation was unusual) and someone told me about Dr. Spector and core elements. They were absolutely amazing. After going through a lot of pt after other surgeries, I figured this would be the same. It was not, they got me moving and better so quickly, I was stunned! They are another level of physical therapy here, I can't say enough or thank them enough! I never thought to leave a review back then but wanted to let anyone looking for PT, this is the best place for it in my opinion!
