Experiencia fantástica: I have had back issues for 25 years. I was in Fl for a few weeks and the pain became severe. I happened to visit the Fix bc it was nearby and I am so happy I did. From the first day I visited, it felt like I belonged there. They really take the time to understand my issues and explain how they will approach it. They have changed my perspective and mindset on dealing with the pain. I have felt better and better and I continue with their program weekly. I am working out again the way I used to, not only pain free, but without the fear of the pain. They have me moving and living the way I didn't think I would be able to again. I cannot thank them enough for their motivation, expertise, and unique approach to handling my back issues.

Experiencia fantástica: Early 2023 I developed a lower back pain. I saw 2 chiropractors, a spine specialist and received a cortisone injection. Nothing helped. Experiencia fantástica: I am 49 and have just had the worst year with Frozen Shoulder set on by pinched nerves, tendinopathy, and arthritis. This started 10/22. If a scale of 1-10 were to gague my pain, I was a solid 11! A sneeze would send me to my knees in debilitating pain. I tried everything, massage therapists, chiropractors, acupuncture, stem cell therapy, etc. My pain and range of motion declined to not even being able to get dressed, brush my hair, drive, cook, etc. In the middle of my pain, my husband had a job transfer and I found myself alone all summer trying to raise my boys and pack us to move. I had no choice but to push through the pain and beg a lot of neighbors for help! When we moved to Jupiter, I was set on finally taking care of me. It had been 9 months of pain. My shoulder had gone through the course of intense pain and was now in the thawing stage which left my shoulder in a constant level 5 pain and scar tissue so thick that my arm couldn't go comfortably higher than a grocery cart handle. I saw the Fix one day right where my condo was. I walked in and said, "Either you can help me or I'm getting surgery. But I'd like to try one last time if you can help." Jeff immediately lit up with excitement and told me he had a wonderful lady, Mo, who specializes on Frozen Shoulder! I was skeptical as I had heard these things before. Something about Jeff and his wife, Carla was so warm and believeable. I decided to commit. Currently, 2 months in to the program... I'm telling you, I have FULL range of motion! Now, I still have some pain and scar tissue to work through but with every session + work at home, and I'm 100% positive it will continue to heal. The program the Fix has implemented not only teaches you how to heal your body but also fills you with encouragement. Debillitating pain is isolating, depressing and exhausting as I am sure you know. But, the WHOLE of me is in a much better place. My shoulder is healing through a combination of stretching and rebuilding the muscles around my injury so everything works cohesively. Reference for those who have Frozen Shoulder, I am now in month 13. And I am so, so glad I did not have a doctor tear through my scar tissue through manipulation or have the tissue cut in surgery! I can do push ups. I can put my hair in a pony tail pain free! Don't give up. Give the Fix a try!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to The Fix for about one year now and after many, many years of constant, debilitating back and leg pain, I can whole-heartedly recommend Jeff, Carla and their team. They customize various, unique exercises, stretching and movements for each person as an individual, according to their issue and pain level. This has been the best type of care that I have done for myself over the years, and I will continue with them even though my pain has subsided. They have created an atmosphere at their facility that makes you look forward to being there. Jeff, Carla and Mo truly care how you feel and enjoy seeing you improve.
