Medilodge of Kalamazoo

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Medilodge has been great. From checking into the facility to questions about my mother in law's care, the staff has been responsive and courteous.

Experiencia positiva: My mom was dressed well and seemed comfortable!! I asked for some tape to help with my Valentines decorations and they gave that to me right away. She had fresh water and a clean room with her bed made up nicely! Thank you!!

Experiencia positiva: I am much happier with the new administrative staff but the meals for the patients still needs a lot of improvement. My mom will not eat half the food she is served, I'm sure if it looked, smelled,and tasted better she would eat it. Her overall nursing care has dramatically improved recently so I am satisfied of her care but like to see improvement of the nutrition.

Experiencia fantástica: As a new employee the staff has been friendly, welcoming and very helpful with any questions I may have. I am impressed with the wide variety of daily activities they offer along with monthly outings. There therapy gym is wonderful and therapy team works hard to help each resident achieve their goals. The nursing staff provides excellent care with dignity and respect. They are a dedicated team who provides a great environment for their long term and short term residents. I’m excited to be apart of the team.

Experiencia positiva: I visited Medilodge today to visit a friend. First of all I was extremely grateful that he was finding the physical therapy there that he needed. I wasn't crazy about checking in, but the system was easy to use. Staff could have been more welcoming to me as an obvious newcomer to their system, eg as alarms are sounding, but I was reassured that security was being observed on behalf of the patients.
