They go above & beyond their expertise in physical therapy to make sure you are progressing with as little pain as possible. I also very much appreciated the tips and advice they shared along with the copied sheets given to me for home exercising. Blue Wave is a wonderful place to go for your physical therapy needs. I recommend them to anyone who wants to feel better & get themselves moving properly. They truly care about your well-being & quality of life. I left each session feeling energized and confident in starting a physical therapy program planned to target my individual needs. At Blue Wave, the water therapy was a game-changer in helping me develop movement and strength to relieve my soreness and pain. Within a couple of weeks, I accomplished a workout program to do at home improving my total health, while striving to be pain free. The therapy I received definitely helped me to change my lifestyle and to continue to stay active.

Knowing my body, I was still in pain and felt like my arm/shoulder was weak. I decided to go to Blue Wave because of their one-on-one with the therapist. After several back surgeries severe pain interfered with my quality of life to the point of considering applying for handicapped status or disability. The water therapy is amazingly effective at strengthening and adding to overall endurance. The patience , caring, professionalism and quality of attention excel anything I have tried. My husband and I went dancing last night! Even after an Achilles tear Blue Wave therapists Catherine and Sue helped me to heal and strengthen and tone. It's my happy place!!
