Experiencia fantástica: October 19, 2021 Update: Osceola Regional Medical Center: Kissimmee Physical Therapy These people are AMAZING!!! I recommend pool/aqua therapy for those that need it. For the first time in years, my bones haven't felt this great! Yes, I still have pain, but the pool therapy surely helps! Thanks, to everyone at Kissimmee Physical Therapy. You all are FANTASTIC!!! I filled out the Complimentary card last month but wanted to wait until I was near to completing my sessions to share it. SPECIAL THANKS TO: **Peter - I especially thank you for making this experience wonderful. One of the most encouraging therapists ever!!! He also has a beautiful voice. America's Got Talent needs him! Maria - We started out together & I appreciate this therapist's patience & kindness. Richard - We had only 1 session together, but you Sir are amazing! Thanks for the advice! Napoleon - Has such a wonderful personality. *Shirley - She is witty, efficient, & amazing. *Jasmin - Being a fellow & former New Yorker, made me feel at home. *Monique - Has the patience of a Saint, and is so helpful & cheerful. **AWESOME FRONT DESK & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Sharon (Lead) - So helpful & pitches in with her team. She is a boss, that really cares. And even the staff members I did not work or have contact with, I watched them very keenly. They are well trained, attentive, patient, caring, & friendly. Having worked in HR (Human Resources), for years, I pay very close attention to how services are rendered wherever I go. Customer Service is key. I was impressed by these people and the services/ therapy provided. Osceola Regional Medical Center has a Dynamic Health Team here. I am saddened that they are being relocated soon & will not be providing aqua therapy, because the new location has no pool. Whomever thought this was a smart idea? Is very wrong. Do the opinions & experiences of the patients, not matter? You all have a gem of a team here at Kissimmee Physical Therapy. They need their own Center - pool included, raises, and some form of appreciation awards. Therapy? It is often difficult, painful, & lacking of fun. I have been to so many physical therapist in different states. I have always left worse than when I came in, and falling over my own feet. No one wants to do it, lol! But I literally begged for this, because I knew it would help. A special thank you to Dr. Shah for sending me to this beautiful place & people. I have a HUGE fear of pools or water covering my head - showering was a no-no for years, because I almost drowned a few times, and cannot swim. So mentally, that fear was very overpowering. I actually thought I would faint in the pool. But the Staff made me feel so comfortable & relaxed, that I overcame that fear. Now I just need the YMCA to open up so I may take swimming lessons, lol! The entire Staff here at Kissimmee Physical Therapy, are so nice, caring, helpful, encouraging, & friendly, that they are an intricate part of the therapy itself. They set a tone & atmosphere, that is so positive, it's Soul uplifting. Trust me, this is a vital & needed element when dealing with the population they serve, self included. They also follow COVID-19 sanitary precautions. They wipe down EVERYTHING on a continuous basis, wear & provide masks, have hand sanitizer readily available, and even provide cold apple juice and or water, and limit how many people are in the pool at a time, which is usually 1-2, and yes, masks on in the pool. I love these people & all that they do. I tell people who may benefit from their services to go there, constantly. GREAT JOB KISSIMMEE PHYSICAL THERAPY!!!
