The staff and residents blend together and have become one happy family. The facility is very clean and the residents are exceptionally well cared for. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Out mom was sent to Kissimmee Nursing and Rehab for PT and OT. We could not be happier with the care she received during her stay. The Staff and Caregivers were kind and compassionate. They worked together as a team and this let us know that our mother was in good hands. ❤️???????? A very Special thanks to Antionette, Bery, Elizabeth, Katricia, Marta, Barbara, Terry,, Felicity, Margaret, Asunción, Shana and Donna, and all other staff who worked and cared for our mom, she says thank for being good to her. Experiencia fantástica: My father stayed here for three weeks receiving physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy following a prolonged hospitalization. The large staff were very professional, welcoming, courteous, and hardworking. My father has dementia, and the center was very patient in handling him. We were contemplating hospice on his admission to Orchid Cove, but in a relatively short time he made good progress in strength and function. The medical staff included a psychiatrist who was able to help with sleep difficulties and paranoia. It took a week for us to understand the way that things ran, so I wish there had been a better onboarding process or a handbook that helped with understanding things like laundry and meals and podiatry and haircuts. It would have also helped to have more contact numbers of certain staff. The bed was mechanical while many clients had electric beds. The physical building is quite old and dated, but the internal product is very good. We had a care conference a day before interstate transportation had been arranged. If this conference had occurred earlier in the stay or if there were regular meetings like this, we could have planned exit strategies better.

Experiencia fantástica: Most of the people seem like Family. They are very nice to my Mom. They try so hard to make everyone comfortable. Special People for sure. Also, it's a clean facility which must be very hard to keep up with....But they do. Love this place ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Great building for residents and staff! Tight knit team that puts the residents care and well being first. Great rehab team that gets the patients back on their feet quick and have fun while they are working to get strong. Clean and well maintained building and rooms. Highly recommend for all your loved ones.
