Experiencia fantástica: I went through the door everyone is happy. I was greeted warmly. I went back to see Jerry. He is up and clean. His room was tidy. His aid was happy and nice. We all laughed. It was so nice to have so much laughter coming from Jerry again. Moving Jerry to Lacrosse was the best decision. Hats off to all of you hard workers. You all care and it shows. ???? Gabbee

Experiencia fantástica: I continue to be impressed with the genuine compassion of the administrative and nursing staff at Lacrosse. There is a sincere care for the well-being of every individual resident. When issues arise, they are addressed immediately and with attention to detail. Visitors are respected and cared for as well. Many of the staff have willingly worked overtime hours when needed to ensure the building runs smoothly. The administrative team will jump in to help the nursing staff with anything they need. Additionally, every administrative staff is assigned daily "care partners," a few residents that they check in with daily to make sure they have everything they need in their room and that they are being cared for timely and respectfully. It is clear that this is more than just a job for them and that the care of the residents is a priority, paramount to anything else.

Experiencia fantástica: My grandfather had excellent care. He loved all the staff and the food was great (which is a big plus). The physical therapy team was awesome and helped him get his strength back after open heart surgery. The nurses and CNAS were all very caring and always there when he needed help. Over all a great facility. Definitely would take my family back if need be.
