Experiencia fantástica: I Was on a heavy dose of oxycontin and Dr. Street filled my prescription when I became a patient of his. He introduced me to an implanted pain pump. He filled my scripts and subtly brought up the pump. After all the side effects from the oxycontin, I finally had the pump implanted. It was a godsend. Dr Street made my life of pain bearable without all the side effects of oral pain medication. Thank You Dr. Street!!!

Experiencia negativa: Make sure you get a crystal clear answer on what they will charge you. I mentioned to the receptionist according to my insurance they are out of network. She mentioned its okay we only charge you 25$ per visit, I asked about the price for services four times, once by phone and three times in person, everytime it was the same receptionist I spoke to. I used their services twice but changed to University Orthopedic Institute due to the fact they were making my back issues worse. When I recieved the bill for their services the bill was double what they mentioned it would be. When I asked them about the bill the receptionist immediately got defensive and said we are in network, even though the bill stated otherwise and originally I stated the same thing in the beginning. She lowered what I owed to half the bill but mentioned I should never come back, which is very unprofessional given the fact that while I was challenging the bill I was being professional about it. If you have lower back pain, sciatica or scoliosis I do not recommend using this center. This place either A) lied to me about the cost or B) withheld information about the cost or C) Does not understand what their cost are, all three scenarios are bad. I went to MOI since and I have not had any issues like this thus far.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Street has been my Pain Management Dr since 2008. Dr Street understood my pain ,do to four back surgeries.Counseled me on a therapy plan that has worked to relieve my on going Sciatica pain. I am a Vietnam vet, Dr Street and his staff are a good choice for Veterans.
