Experiencia fantástica: The best physical therapy out there!! I just want to thank the whole team for being so respectful, they treat you so amazing. Moreover, thankful for Dr.Nick and appreciate him so much, he has helped me physically and mentally throughout my whole 12 sessions. I was very weak when I first started physically therapy and doubted myself now after my final session I am better than good thanks to him!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly would recommend choosing La Mesa Physical Therapy group. Hands down the best physical therapists I have worked with, I had cancer and the treatment affected my health quite a bit, my bones and lungs the most, this year I had my first hip replacement. Prior to the hip replacement I had tried to regain my health that I had before cancer or at least close to it. I had many set backs and never really saw improvement. At La Mesa Physical Therapy I worked with Joe, Jess, Sean, and Ivan they are a great team, they are considerate of where you are in terms of how much you can do and give you as many breaks and water as you need. I have never seen this much improvement with other physical therapists. when I started I had no endurance and took a while to do the exercises, pretty horrible at my balance, no strength or muscles. After working with the team for a while now I have gained a lot more strength in my legs and muscles!!! I have more stability when I walked now. The Physical therapists and the ladies who work at front desk are super friendly!! I will definitely be back once I get my second hip replacement :)

Experiencia fantástica: Over a year ago being 21 years old, I had a right total-hip replacement. It was such a struggle for me to walk around that I was feeling pretty helpless at the time. Honestly, I thought I wouldn’t walk the same because of my replacement. I felt like I wasn’t going to recover. However, all that changed once going here. Of course I was assign to go here but I am glad that I came here. Once being at La Mesa Physical Therapy I started to feel hopeful again. This place was amazing. What made it so amazing for me was the physical therapists and the staff. Everyone is so patience, caring and, helpful. They care for your health and recovery. Everyone here are there to help YOU. Many of the staff will work with you one on one. Joe, my former physical therapist at La Mesa Physical Therapy, was such a pleasure to work with. Everyone there really help me recover. Today, after being there, I am able to do the things I was able to do before. In fact, I forget that I have a total-hip replacement. It took time but I made it through. All thanks to everyone at La Mesa Physical Therapy. 110% recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone here are the best. Amy has helped me after my knee replacement surgery when I didn't think I would be pain free and mobility and am there now. She is very good and thorough with my care. Plus the rest of the staff are the best. I enjoy talking to Sammy and especially Ivan about cooking. They make my day/week. I highly recommend La Mesa Physical Therapy.
