Experiencia positiva: In 2021, I came here for rehab after an injury. It was horrible and a very traumatic experience. However, as of typing right now in 2024, I came in for wound care and since the change of ownership, this place is by far the best facility i have been in. It has completely changed, the CNAs are kind and quick to help and so are the nurses. I was unfortunately in seclusion so I can’t say too much about the activities but they did provide me with coloring and writing supplies. The food was really good and as someone with allergies they really accommodated for my needs. The staff was very patient and when faced with new things was willing to listen. The only thing i was annoyed about was the sudden choice of sending me home, it felt like there was a lack of communication to the people who support the person (ie me) outside of the home. It was handled but as i said, I think that was the only real problem i have qualms about. The lack of communication between the social workers and care team outside of the facility is the only thing that should improved upon. I recommend that if this happens, stay on top of them and they will help. This said, once I told them that I was a bit annoyed about this they jumped right on to fixing it. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing rehabilitation help, I can’t express how amazing the staff are here. No one is perfect but the fact they listen and care is exactly why I think that this is an amazing choice for your loved one. (Written: Wednesday, February 21, 2024)

Experiencia fantástica: Community Care Center is a wonderful rehab. A very close relative was there and received top notch care. The staff was attentive to her needs and always with a smile. This was noted the moment we first walked in the door and we were warmly greeted by the receptionist with a smile. The staff in every department has been kind and caring. The administrator also made sure to tend to all of our needs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of the best place and care possible. Thank you everyone that works there your talents, amazing skills and dedication is truly a blessing and are recognized by us families and our love ones in your care/

Experiencia fantástica: This is my second time being in a facility and though I didn't want to come I still came. Initially when I first got here I demanded to go home, they convinced me that I needed to stay to get better which was a great call. The care here was good and the time didn't seem too bad once I settled in. Food was great as well. Today I'm going home and I'm grateful

Experiencia fantástica: The ladies here are truly an inspiration, they are sweet, passionate and very caring. They really go above and beyond to make this feel like a piece of home. Their Positive and great attitudes have uplifted me.
